Mark and Josh return to "The Argonautica" and read and discuss book three. 

Mark and Josh are back to continue their reading of the Argonautica by Apollonius of Rhodes, and discuss Pugilistic kings, the merit of seagulls, and the finer points of prophesizing. 

Excited to set out on a brand new epic voyage, Josh and Mark sit down to read and discuss the story of the hottest himbo to plow the wine dark sea, in search of the golden fleece.   

Having exhausted Yokai, Josh and Mark are back to haunt your feeds as they discuss the concept of Japanese Ghosts, aka Yurei, and how they can effect your every day life. 

What is the menace that dwells under your feet? Mark and Josh gaze into the void of worms that will kill you, or, Death Worms, including Arctic tall tales, electric anomalies, and a Mongolian Monster. Its going to get gross! 

Josh and Mark have returned to the SCP foundation to find a loosely thread holiday theme and have a bit of fun along the way.

Mark is maintaining themes and seasonal madness as he baits Josh into discussing alien encounters that take place while the witness was fishing, or at least at a lake, and the link between cryptids, aliens, and our reality. 

As the production cycle wanes and waxes Josh and Mark sit down to discuss what to do in your down time. 

In honor of their favorite holiday the boys sit down with some Guinness and discuss Irish Mythology from Josh, and Mark goes crazy talking about UFOs. 

Mark and Josh return triumphantly to sit down and discuss, poetry, yes really. The boys share some of their favorites, and talk about that universal magic that everyone seems to have tried their hand at, at least once. 

Josh and Mark are slowly sliding into the new year, while still being cool, as they talk about the  oddly inspiring walls of ice that helped shape our planet, Glaciers, where they come from to what happens to us when they go away. 

Josh and Mark come together one final time in 2025 to discuss their year as Wizards, revisit topics, make some updates, and spread some holiday cheer along the way.   

During their down time in between the Holidays, Mark and Josh sit down and check in with one another and discuss new found hobbies, interests and sumo, it's time to be mellow listeners.

This week Mark and Josh complete their yearly Spooky Season ritual of reading some H. P. Lovecraft, this time focusing on "The Tree" and "The Shunned House".

This week the boys step in to medieval Japan to discuss the fabled Ninja. 

Having established a new wizard's tower in the great state of Michigan, Josh does a deep dive on the local lore, including horse stealing goblins, the tragedy of Cadillac, and more dogmen than you can shake a stick at. 

Josh and Mark have decided they need a day off but it needs to be a sanctioned day! To that end the Boys are looking at the creation of Holidays and why you should be allowed to take any day off you want, provided you know the reason for the season. 

Josh and Mark at long last arrive at the conclusion of their reading and discussion of Homer's epic, "The Odyssey".

This week Mark is joined by Jonny to discuss one of their favorite, and most influential master of horror, Stephen King, in all of his good, bad and Maximum Overdrive.

Mark is joined by long time High Hammock friend and contributor, Griffin of the Reboot Deboot Podcast, to discuss the life, times and mystery surrounding the Delta Blues Master, Robert Johnson, and how exactly he got so good at the guitar. 

Mark and Josh have finally returned to Homer's epic poem, "The Odyssey" and discuss the finer points of loyalty among dogs, employees and enforcer bros. All the while Mark derails by getting hung up on details. 

This week Mark and Josh begin their series on those enigmatic monsters of the deep, focusing on accounts of titanic turtles and super sized sharks, and Mark makes hot takes about Megalodon.

Josh and Mark return to the well of H.P. Lovecraft, and read his horror masterpiece, "The Colour out of Space" and wax lyrical about this weird fiction classic. 

This week Mark and Josh investigate the bizarre events leading to the mysterious deaths of two tv repairmen who may have flown too close to the sun. 

This week Josh and Mark wash up on an unfamilar beach and find themselves discussing those who found that when life gives you lemons, its time to eat spiny lobster. 

Failing to knock it out of the park the last time, Josh and Mark have recruited a major league ringer in Jonny, of the Dang Ol Podcast to fill in some gaps their baseball knowledge. 

Mark and Josh are back to discuss a lesser know sea monster case from South Africa in the 1920s. Sit back and enjoy the story of the Margate Serpent a.k.a. Trunko

Josh and Mark are worn out and recovering from travel and illness and decide what they need more than actual rest is to talk about their favorite animals and have a few laughs along the way. 

Mark and Josh return the day after St. Patrick's Day to gaze into all voids Irish, from haunted castles, to cryptic pronunciations to rude ghosts, as well as memories of St. Paddy's.

 With spring incoming Mark and Josh decide to devote an episode to the American Past Time, Baseball. Unfortunately neither likes baseball, so to make this an enjoyable experience the Boys are playing the role of minor league owners, filling their teams with demigods, demons and everything in between. 

Mark is finally allowed to do another alien episode so he chose to drag Josh along through more cases of Close Encounters of the Third Kind, that only happen one time. 

Josh and Mark are returning to the only clandestine government agency currently untouched by the regular government, the SCP Foundation. 

That's right sports fans, Josh and Mark are back again and this week they're discussing sports bloopers from antiquity, including track and field missteps, brutal boxing and hijinks on the high seas.

Josh and Mark return to Homer's epic work, "The Odyssey" and continue the story of woe, loss, and coming to terms with age, of the unluckiest man ever.

The time has come for Mark and Josh to set aside research and rigor, and instead embrace their baser natures, and discuss that one thing that separates humans from all other life on Earth. This week the Boys are loosening their robes and discuss the guilty pleasures that make life worth living, from food, entertainment to "forgetting" to wear underwear, we all do it, lets celebrate it. 

Mark and Josh are still stuck in the past, or the "Hyperborean" period of our distant past. This week the boys are looking at two types of cryptids that may come from this time, and lasted into the present 

Josh and Mark are still horned up from last weeks Robert E. Howard, so the boys decide to double down and attempt to pin the true history of humankind across prehistory. 

Josh and Mark start the new year by finally sitting down and reading the the history of Robert E. Howard's fictional universe and setting of his Conan character, "The Hyperborean Age".
