Panic to Peace (Trusting Jesus in Life's Storms)
Have you ever felt like God was silent while your life was falling apart? In Gospel of Mark 4, the disciples were in the middle of a violent storm while Jesus was asleep on a cushion in the boat.Terrified, they woke Him and said,“Teacher, don’t you care that we’re perishing?”And honestly… how many times have we felt the same in our own storms? The truth is, storms are part of life. We’re either in one, coming out of one, or heading into one.But the lesson in this story isn’t about physical sleep. It’s about learning to rest in the One who is in your boat. The waves may be loud. The wind may feel overwhelming. But when you know who is with you, you can have peace in the middle of the storm. If Jesus is in your boat, you will make it safely to shore. 🌊🕊️

It’s about being real. I’ll share how the kingdom of God isn’t something we just experience when we get to heaven, it’s meant to be alive in us now. And when we seek Him in our mess, He brings peace, joy, and purpose into every part of our lives. If you’re tired of striving, tired of chasing empty things, this is your invitation to come closer to the one who can truly fill you up. In this heartfelt and unfiltered conversation, Danielle sits down with her friend Ana — who once came to her Bible study not even believing in God — to talk about faith, identity, and the trap of Instagram perfection. Together, they unpack how social media can fuel comparison and depression — but also how it can be used as a tool for light, purpose, and truth. 9: Eposide 9: I Quit Praying and Anxiety Won—Until This Happened
No fluff. No filters. Just real talk. Y’all, let’s cut the crap. Anxiety is real, and prayer doesn’t always feel like the magic solution everyone preaches about. I’ve had moments—heck, whole seasons—where I stopped believing prayer even worked. When I didn’t see instant results, I threw my hands up and thought, What’s the point? But here’s the thing: Prayer was never about fixing the problem overnight. It’s about handing over the mess you’re carrying—the fear, the stress, the control—and letting God remind you that you don’t have to do this alone. In this episode, I’m getting raw about: How anxiety took over when my health struggles wouldn’t let up God called me out: "Why aren’t you praying about it? Why prayer isn’t about perfect words but honest, ugly cries How the enemy wants you to give up on prayer because he knows its power I’m not here to sell you some polished version of faith. I’m here to tell you that prayer saved me—from myself, from my anxiety, from spiraling. Not because it magically fixed everything, but because it shifted me. If you’re tired, overwhelmed, and wondering if God even hears you, this episode is for you. Hit play, and let’s get unfiltered about what prayer really looks like when life feels like it's falling apart.

4: The Temptation of Plastic Surgery: Facing the Truth About Insecurity
Let’s be real—plastic surgery is tempting. I’ve thought about it, wondering if ‘fixing’ the outside would somehow fix the mess inside. Spoiler: it doesn’t. No amount of Botox, implants, or tweaks can heal insecurity. 💔 In this episode of Unfiltered, I’m spilling the raw truth about my struggles with body image, trust issues, and chasing this illusion of “enough.” I tried to cover the cracks with makeup, extensions, and perfectionism, but the real healing didn’t start until I stopped running from my wounds and started facing them head-on. This isn’t about judging anyone’s choices—it’s about owning my journey and reminding you that your worth isn’t skin-deep. Healing isn’t in a scalpel or a mirror; it’s in confronting the crap we bury and letting God redefine who we are. Let’s get honest, messy, and real about what actually heals. You don’t need the world’s validation. You’re already enough!

3: Webinar on How Betrayal Trauma affects body image and self-worth and the Key to Healing with Debbie Allen
In the webinar, I opened up about my personal journey with betrayal trauma, specifically the impact of porn addiction and childhood trauma, and how it affected my body image and sense of self-worth. It’s a topic I rarely speak about, but I felt it was crucial to share how the emotional toll of betrayal can go far beyond heartbreak—it can deeply influence how we see ourselves, our bodies, and our value. Experiencing porn addiction in a partner often breeds insecurity, making you question your beauty, worth, and adequacy. For me, it was a constant battle with the feeling of not being enough. I found myself comparing to unrealistic standards. The self-criticism became an obstacle to my healing, and it took time and effort to unravel the negative beliefs rooted in that betrayal. But one thing I’ve learned on this journey is that healing begins with awareness. Meeting @asafeplacetoshare was a true blessing, and I’m grateful to be a part of this webinar, helping others reclaim their narrative and release the false beliefs they carry about themselves. Healing from betrayal trauma, especially when tied to addiction, is not only possible—it begins with finding our true identity in God, not in another person. We must learn not to internalize others’ addictions but to approach ourselves and others with compassion. 2: Breaking Free: Overcoming Past Hurt and Trauma to Reclaim Your Future
Welcome to Episode 2 of "Unfiltered," We dive deep into the journey of healing from past hurts—a journey that I know all too well. For years, I carried a suitcase full of hurt, dragging it everywhere I went, desperately trying to heal on my own terms. I sought answers in books, therapy, and fervent prayers, yet nothing seemed to work. It was a struggle filled with frustration and exhaustion because I was trying to heal in my own strength, operating under my efforts. In this episode, we discuss the profound moment of realization that true healing wasn't about how much I could do but about how much I could surrender to God. We'll explore the story of Lot's wife, a biblical example of how looking back can lead to destruction, and how this parallels our struggles when we cling to our past. While therapy and prayer are powerful tools and I believe in their value as I run my own coaching program—they only form part of the equation. The ultimate healing comes from our surrender.
