The anger, the bone whittling pain and rage, from being powerless, poor and paranoid of harm is with us. The experience of evil is to be stalked by insanity, to be lied to and lying to us all corporately, every five minutes, urging us to deny harm is actively occurring and then chase us individually with a bid to try get us to go hurt ourself or someone else. The sound of that struggle, is metal, my friend. The purpose of metal music is to give a stable vent for ‘mal tiempos’ or bad times. Yesterday, the City of Austin smoked the local sewers from North to South for similar reasons. Midday everyone smelled foul winds of sulphureous sewer gasses emanating over a beautiful day. The truth is, every now and then, you must to force the snakes to leave the island, because it is just too much for everyone. A HOMELESS METAL WEDNESAY Below this sentence is 2 hours and 43 seconds of metal music bed. Your mission if you choose to accept it, is to go record the highly loud, highly public, super insane ramblings of That Homeless Guy (Again, he sounds nearly identical everywhere, honestly). These human beings are not wild animals, but they are treated with far less value at the worst moments of their lives. Every major city in America has a homeless problem. Every local government “has a program” to keep them exactly where they are, functionally exploiting the downtrodden to pocket-launder donor money as a political donation. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have vaccine eugenics and corruption of conformity on tour internationally. Intel Statists have an arcane Nazi forbear mission commitment to thin down the American population numbers by over 1/3, with or without God (or they wouldn’t have to keep covering it up and lying and getting sued for mass soft kill missions every administration). Medic vans who already help people hit by cars in the medians, treat: injury incidents of assault, rape, lacerations, dehydration and exposure to heat and cold. If they purged the voter rolls before elections, I would not need to demonstrate ID at the poll, except registration card; which is issued to me by the State for the sole purpose of voting. T-Mobile, Verizon etc. can age-lock any device so that iOS or Android are prohibited from installing apps that are for adults. Safer Internet Day: Assuring age while ensuring privacyWhen you place the per-app approach, irresponsible app manufacturers who do not care about securitized environments, or who has access to your kids, will also be collecting your kids most sensitive information in “child-safety gatekeeping”. To avoid this, switch or migrate to a private and more secure browser that does not collect deep personal information, like DuckDuckGo. “A $68 million deal marks Google’s effort to quiet years of unease over smart devices that listened when they shouldn’t have.”WHEN IT COMES FOR YOU, PERSONALLY…If you’re logging into platforms and solicited for government ID or Face ID, without an administrative account notification or as a response to a lockout, all of a sudden, that’s likely a scam. The platform isn’t secure. Give less information and treat it like the site is down or there’s a performance outage. Try to submit a help ticket using the account information you have and ask for any new language in the Terms of Use. AI’s, which include algorithmic FRT-finders, are also being dispatched to assess for ‘thought crime’ abroad by EU and UK policing American speech online. They automatically route a strong ‘take down’ message from government profilers. These cases are sometimes pretty sensitive. So, if you suspect you’re being targeted unfairly for platform censorship, please contact a US civil rights attorney-at-law, with platform history. You may need to contact your U.S. Senators for casework assistance with the US State Department to procure help needed to manage platform redlining by foreign governments. LexusNexis, Palantir and loads of other-public private online data brokers all have facial recognition business products that they can source to these apps. I also suggest deleting the app, because the likelihood is high you are being damaged by behavioral aspects of these apps anyway.Incognito is the affordable way to get out from myriad data brokerages, using and reusing your data in ways you likely do not want. The other way is to unsubscribe to services you get talked into and ask for help from their privacy office to delete or stop license uses of your name, image, likeness etc. in “due course of business”. The first event of record occurred soon after I arrived Saturday, July 11th in Kerrville, Texas. Shortly after 3PM, local police escorted a funeral procession. Traffic had merged to stop on the way to the I-10 freeway onramps from downtown Kerrville following a white hearse with the word GRIMES in the window. It seemed like all life was in a simple state of arrested development, a held breath, waiting for the observed deceased to move through. Only days prior the lives of campers, residents and area survivors changed overnight as a massive Texas flood gored its way into homes lining the Guadalupe river banks. A short time after July 4th, the world turned to notice the increasing number of dead and missing-as-presumed-dead over the next several days. The clock turned in slow motion for Texans. Central Texans were still underneath days of rainfall to follow July 3rd. Most turned to prayer to find anyone living still out there. Kerr County, Texas, Hunt and Burnet all emitted casualty reports as Central Texas became a disaster magnet by July 5th, 2025. Texas State leaders descended, alongside local & State emergency managers and national media. Simultaneously, TEXSAR, Texas search and rescue emerged with well practiced Coast Guard, FEMA and DHS attenuating the crisis. You could feel active emotions of locals tense with a certain frustrated anger for trying to contain damages driven up from instant events that had long pushed through July 3rd, overnight. Theories of aberrant cloud seeding and faulted emergency notification systems warning became portal for blame and explanation for unavoidable peril in an uncontrollable Texas flood alley event. Hearts and hands were pulsing hoping to find survivors amid dreary wet debris collection. Governor Abbott Announces New Crisis Support Line For Texans Affected By FloodsIn days to follow, the public were carefully reminded over 850 people and animals were successfully rescued from the treachery of this rainstorm flood. The spectre left haunting the minds of the public and locals were the lost girls and boys from nearby campsites. The rain subsided. The banks of the Guadalupe and their creek tributaries returned to their original tracks. As the waters receded, more cadavers were found. The a local landscape was now misshapen with heaps of drying mud, broken trees, flotsam of moved cars, boats and homes. Somewhere, the missing and lost persons outstanding were being searched among heaping hills of flood detritus. This effort started to absorb help from all across the nation and from Mexico, as cadaver dogs were sent to identify anywhere missing deceased could be found. By the weekend of July 10th the rising outcry was from those who mourned. The losses were howling. Homes were washed away. Shocked surviving families were underneath sudden funeral developments. Around this time, locals began formalizing memorials and holding worship services. After national reporters had cleared out, following President Trump and the First Lady’s visit, the whole Central Texas area became an observance memorial for the missing and the dead as unfinished business over course of a week. There is still much to be done. Volunteers continue moved debris in to piles, extracting homes from trees and hilltops in Ingram, near to the campsites around Highway 39 managed to escape national press corps. Scuba search and rescue from as far as Ohio showed up to find anyone who could be found down from Burnet, Hunt, Ingram, Centerpoint and onward towards the Gulf. Yesterday Trump threatened a federal takeover of the District of Columbia, the municipal system adjacent to the U.S. Congress, the Supreme Court and the White House among other institutions in our nations capitol. It dawned on me suddenly, while Texas and California are receiving the lion’s share of national coverage for narco-communist riots, in league with ANTIFA, news of direct action related violence is being deliberately underreported by national news at the U.S. capitol. Also yesterday, Muriel Bowser enacted a citywide youth curfew. All young people who are on the streets past 11 PM this Summer can now be arbitrarily detained. While it protects the majority of youth from straying into trouble afterhours, it does nothing to deter youth participation in daytime violent direct actions taking place since the Summer began. Per prior reporting, youth are being misled into a mistaken political doctrine that random acts of obstructionist chaos, larceny and generalized theft are valid forms of political expression. Trump is negotiating global trade tariffs to recondition both global markets and US domestic markets to push manufacturing and trade back towards America; while keeping labor demands to produce goods intact. This is a very tough thing to do given the frailties of markets to labor exchanges. Scott Bessent’s best efforts are helping, but it isn’t a labor demand fix.Here’s something your not told on a regular basis. Just because an undocumented alien is here, does not compel them to supply labor to our markets. They likely will, if they want to earn a living. Somewhere in America a quasi-lawful academic UN blob/bureau consultant is drumming a writing instrument on a yellow tablet, pinching their upper sinus area on how to manufacture a convict status for US citizens practicing legal objection within the scope of their rights. There has always been a latent working means in the US government to use force on Americans, guilty of no wrong, to demean their citizenship and deplete their legal means to resist federated invasion of their privacy. Trump’s non-secret personal desire to strip the U.S. citizenship of anyone born here for crimes, or his unprofessional displeasure, makes Deep State continuity comfortable and warm, corrupting their chairs. They have yet to fully mobilize their class of useful idiots enlisted during the pandemic. These are the same socialist convert class of fools who rejected their own natural rights. They obeyed orders from random civil rules authority to abandon their families to harm, trading down for a bi-monthly vaccine from Pfizer/Moderna. They’re easy to pick out of a crowd. Many of them are young people who tried to neuter themselves after a Trans-cult conversion to a anarcho-socialist purism in 2020. Many are still wearing a paper medical mask in solidarity with the SARS-CCP trainers who want American communist rules. They became online enforcers, as everyone was forced to live & work online. Anarchist street thieves, black-listers and dox armies started voluntarily carrying water for global governments to enforce rules-based autocracy on Americans. This illegal takeover included sanctions, transactional surveillance and corporate platform driven censorship commissioned by the GEC, CISA(DHS), Europe, the CDC, WHO and the grand wizards at the Intelligence community. Unfortunately, all this did was wise over 90% of the country who came to know there was a Deep State using GDR social-control psychological work on U.S. citizens. It opened the eyes of the hidden hand of communism in the marketplace using China’s networks, their armies and online platforms. DHS has E-Verify, REAL ID, and all the pocket detritus aggregated at the Fusion Centers. They have the Visa administrators at the State Department. Apparently, it will never be enough to feed the tech contractor class who only gets paid when they build another data storage shed. Republicans demanded and appropriated for another mass identity database. They manufacture third party streams for the government’s data; which is your sensitive data. You don’t see a dime. What you can do is can opt-out of Palantir’s legacy data brokering permissions from prior Obama & Trump administrations if you’re a U.S. Citizen. Where does the mind go when that happens? Sitting in the dark, I suddenly had time on my hands to consider the possibility Iran might have a thin-skinned Substack social media surveillance team monitoring US speech on the attacks in Iran. It was tempting to think this team was ordered to conduct a reflexive cyberattack; resulting in a hyperlocal power outage based on my remarks at Substack ‘Notes’. However, reason prevailed. While my remark may have possibly triggered insult somewhere in the online world, I don’t think the Ayatollah’s men give two hoots about my Notes. Although, I wouldn’t put it past online imposters to claim responsibility, wrap themselves in a half-Iran/Palestine/+ LGBTQIA flag; while yelling,"Allah Akbar, Free Palestine,” on their TikTok hostage video feed.I suddenly had time to sit and think critically of US’s role in Israel’s permanent nuclear-powered conflict with Iran. The President’s opinion on matters of Iran’s possession of a bomb, differed from that of the Intel chief’s. He was sprayed as he retreated further into the crevasses of the walls.A short time later the power returned. Later I retreated to the shower to wash away the day’s treacheries. After exiting the shower, I discovered what appeared to be a curl of hair in a small washrag drying on the floor. I picked it up, taking steps toward the trash can when it moved suddenly in my hand. I dropped it with an alarm shout and then peered down at the ‘hair’. It was not hair, but a 3 inch long common striped bark scorpion who had escaped capture earlier. I was shaken, not stung by some miracle of divine providence or protection. The scorpion was clearly impaired, very possibly dying from the earlier bug spray intervention. It sought and found the cooling solace of the damp washrag. We hustled to clear the bathroom of the small, poisonous creature. I later reflected the entire evening was a panoptic exam of signs of power, great and small, entering my humble world by force. Regardless of what was happening to us, just over my porch in a small ostentatious bird house, a pair of wrens were feeding their new family. There is a generalized grumpy, rancor in America. The People are feeling an economic pinching that comes from an involuntary diet of less and less, couched as more. They’re sick of the chronic business culture of gaslighting, both consumer and the supply chain, and hidden relations with CCP business requirements. The US House of Representatives passed a version of the SAVE Act to federate voter ID at every election. The accusations from Republicans are, “You want illegals to vote,” & “You’re the opposite party,”. I don’t believe in the democratic efficacy of this duopolist party system - at all. People do get elected, true. However, they don’t typically defend my US Constitutional liberty. They overgovern and make us pay for it. They then hold up an example of European civil governments, as if it’s an ideal. Governments which are now crumbling under the decay of incremental socialism. Identity mandates are criminal enforcement cosplay. The game is to make you prove who you are to get what you need as a power trip. They hold up a picture of the suspect and then make you pay for their crimes with mass surveillance and chronic inspection. This isn’t freedom.We are in slow motion jeopardy of losing so much more liberty if we don’t back out of Republican-tooled incremental modern German socialism. SXSW this year covered the electric car and automated vehicles in the streets. Waymo, [Google]Alphabet’s automated car, has been providing some rideshare services and mapping in the streets of downtown Austin for a little while. This shiny governance & policy object attracted the attentions of Illinois governor JB Pritzker and South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster. That meant in some cases bomb sweep technicians and secret State service skirted quickly around some of the SXSW AI sessions. The more controversial sessions covered (AI enabled) mental health applications using brain chips (BCIs) to manage people who are depressed, expedite US pill regulatory conventions using a combination of calculations on molecules and the poor medical ethics of Chinese human testing (most likely using Falun Gong and other Chinese dissidents). Journalist complained about the deletion of key library and training search terms* in AI automation used by DEI dictat. [*They can always reassert word terms in a different context, because language without government subsidy is legal in 1st Amendment law.]While other developers tried to manage consumer use case questions about how data is training models for education purposes, cyber investigations and surveillance. However, the biggest auditorium magnets for AI was fair use and intellectual property policy voiced at the crisis inflection point to preserve human culture. John Hegel, author of The Journey Beyond Fear, gave a standing room only talk about opportunity models for data intermediaries to hedge against IP theft and abuse of copyrighted material. AI legal speakers for Andreesen & Horowitz, public affairs and VC capital for AI small innovators [Y combinator], indicated a decentralized pathway out of Tech feudal oligarchies in emerging AI policy. Small technologists as innovators are dependent now on support of antitrust, in a lowered regulatory environment. The most important thing to remember next to now is to be right with God. Political prosecutions happened in the age of Jesus. They happen today. If this is your primary concern, I have good news. God may not save you from jail or a humiliating prosecution in an American court system for cause. However, if you can recognize mercy where it may be found, God can still save your soul. The only hope any of us really have in this life is to get the mercy of God. You don’t need any special wisdom or intelligence. You just have to understand who God is and that He is not you. Then you ask God for mercy over your crimes.There will always be self-deceived people who want power over everyone, anyone. They never turned anything over to God. If you’re the smart criminal in this scenario, lay down your weapons of mass delusion. Realize you are hung up next to the innocent, one true God, sent to take your place in hell and one other powerless evil guy who has no future. Then surrender to God. You may never be “special” again, but you’re special to God. One life turned from away from trending self-worship covers multitudes of error. SO. Austin, Texas got a visit from Janet Yellen yesterday. Yellen was here to applaud the IRS collection of 1.3 BN in taxes from evasive payers. This is her bureaucratic summary offer during an oppressive inflationary economic period. I did mention to Texas leadership and Secretary representation she could sanction to the cartel criminals, if she wants a tax evaders slush fund now. Many people did not take the trial of Donald J. Trump seriously. The State of New York didn’t even manifest a real crime to prosecute until days prior to the court closure. The prosecution interviewed people who were openly discredited. Stormy Daniels former lawyer and prosecutor, Michael Avanatti, lost his case initially against Donald Trump in 2016- 2017 given the same evidence and same cast of characters. Avenatti later ended up in prison for extortion of former clients. How could the State of New York win a case based on what really looks like double jeopardy? They might claim it was a different prosecution. It was certainly a rehash of 2015’s lawfare arguments against Donald Trump using the porn star and his fixer. It looked like they tried the same case and decided the outcome ahead of time. Many people concluded on the free and unfettered merits of their own opinion this case was a rigged show trial in an effort to imprison or capture their opponent during a general election. Donald Trump never had to utter a word. A MAJICAL PROSECUTION & “A MAJESTIC DAY” For years, people have known about a top tier national security group of unelected, and reputedly untouchable government appointees known as Majestic level or Majic-12. This week in an exceptionally rare move, majestic claimed or was given responsibility for an act of lawfare terrorism, politically motivated violence or warlike use of force, in the legal case of Donald Trump. I have one rule about conspiracy theories. It’s not a government conspiracy if you are paying for it. It’s just corruption and abuse of the office against the interests of The People of The United States - the other POTUS. The weirdest irony of this is that Majic manifests as the most imperious form of hidden US Republic government running in the background without public consent. Yet, they convey their contempt of public approval to lead by defining these lawfare acts as “democracy” as One-party statists. It is clear they want zero legal competition in a public election where a KENNEDY could not be admitted to the Democratic ticket.
