Unsatisfied Podcast
by Morgan Peterson
The Unsatisfied Podcast discusses how to stay hungry in a world that will always leave you "unsatisfied" (Ecclesiastes 1:8). Although this world isn't our true home, we should be bettering ourselves every day as we stay hungry for the true Kingdom. Through discussions of fitness, nutrition, health, and faith, I hope to inspire you that until Christ returns, starve the lies, build your body, fuel your mind, and stay unsatisfied. As C.S. Lewis says, "If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world.

Friend-Zoning Discipline
For the discipline addict, learn to break up with discipline. We can't become sober of discipline or self-improvement like most addictions - but we can friend-zone them so that the relationship isn't toxic anymore. Resources:Wiest, B. (2020). Curiosity - Approved Performance Enhancer
Data shows a sharp decline in questions asked, from ~26/hour in preschoolers to fewer than two in middle schoolers.98% of a day for a kid is spent exercising curiosity compared to 2% of an adults. This is largely why kids develop relationships, physical and mental skills, and learn new things so easily. Are we adults really okay with having our development stagnated? Do we really want to keep trudging through life on half empty motivation - or would you rather start having fun again with the gamified nature of curiosity as the main fuel to being a healthier human being?Resources:Bracy, A.
