Navigating the world as an Introvert
Introversion is a broad personality trait that exists on a continuum of attitudes and behaviors. Introverts are relatively more withdrawn, retiring, reserved, quiet, and deliberate; and prefer to work independently. Our society and even the world at large encourages extroversion and introverted personality traits are viewed through a negative lens. From primary school to friends and family to professional environments, everything seems to work better for extroverted people, while introverts have to walk those 2 extra miles to achieve the same things.

Toxic Masculinity
