Imagine there's precious little advice on how to navigate out of the place, despite being in a First World country. That woman is Luna C. and it would probably be better if she didn't talk to Nick. Damnit. She talked to Nick. Luna C. is a woman of a certain age who is navigating the brain-bending world of menopause, child rearing, benzodiazepine dependence, mental health challenges, lockdowns and all the other insults the modern world can throw. Once upon a time she had a six figure job and could drive a car. Today Luna can't even balance on one leg. Nick Pringle is a middle-aged white-guy, the world's favourite kind of person right now. He is a veteran broadcaster with a wide and varied career from political chat shows, to music documentaries. He now spends his time pottering about the badlands and thinking about things.
