A few weeks ago, I found out my MS has progressed. Things haven’t fallen apart, but they’ve shifted — enough to rattle me, to shake up my routines, and to hit me deep in places I thought were solid. Then on Saturday, July 19th, just hours before a gig, I had what may have been an MS attack. I blacked out, fell down a flight of stairs, and was unconscious for hours. I nearly missed the show — something I never let happen. And it rocked me.This mix was born from that moment.
