About 2-and-a-half years after the Elkhorn tornado tore the roof off her house, Heather has been dealing with one problem after another with a contractor who promised to take care of her.  Another contractor, Kevin, has now stepped in and is asking for more help to make things right for this Omaha family.

It got my attention yesterday morning when Lucy reported there was a cow in the road near 195th and Pacific.  But that was nothing compared to what Melissa experienced out there that led up to yesterday's traffic report.
