This episode highlights East Stroudsburg Area School District's Future Educator Program — a two‑year cohort and dual‑enrollment pathway that gives juniors and seniors real‑world classroom observations, college credits, and exposure to related education careers through partnerships with Northampton Community College and East Stroudsburg University.
