Vitamins; organic compounds essential for growth and development, sourced and ingested through plant and animal food products, and where one may be deficient, through nutritional supplements. At Tasmania JackJumpers, daily vitamins are an essential part of the High-Performance program. Of course, in their nutritional form, but also as a key part of on-court practice as well. It’s about frequent, sustained improvement every day to supplement the JackJumpers’ broader program.
