Then they end wondering how chaotic and high scoring this weekend's matches are, and why would you schedule any matches on the first Sunday of the NFL season.

SHE'S BACK!!! Eboni has come back from Australia with milk and tries catching up with Kyle on everything she missed including her thoughts on NCFC going up to the championship. This includes Cassini and Tormenta's odd parting, what is going on with NoCo and Richmond's winless streak, and Omaha's winning streak. Then they look at the situation with San Diego Loyal and see what that means for other clubs moving forward and the potential options like Roanoke and the Chicago suburbs. Then they end with the vibez and chaos match of the week.

Life got in the way, and trying to get two people available is difficult. Yogi and Kyle, however, were able to sit down and go through everything that happened in the last month. They discussed Spokane's new club name and logo, NCFC going back to the Championship, and which teams are slumping. Then they see if there is there any hope for teams outside of the playoff picture jumping up. They discuss what Richmond and. Knoxville need to turn their fortunes around and which teams can really make a run in August.

Yogi, Chip, Eboni, and eventually Kyle discuss the big news from The Athletic regarding USL voting to move forward with implementing promotion and relegation. The group discuss what pro/rel would look like, how this new league will be created, and which teams from USL Championship would drop down. We also wonder if the vote would actually pass. The group also answer questions on the best approach to who gets promoted and relegated, which teams they want to see drop down (for vibez), and which teams they want to avoid (boring vibez). Spring Break time and the season is getting is party started. Kyle, Yogi, Eboni, and Chip recap Richmond's win against Greenville and their new stadium. The name of the Greenville and Richmond rivalry. NoCo and Chattanooga's surprising 0-0 draw and Forward Madison and Union Omaha's 1-1 draw as well. Then they preview the upcoming matches and the US Open Cup second round.

Eboni sits down with El Salvador international and NCFC player Nelson Flores Blanco. They talk about his career and his path to the national team and NCFC, what his training is like preparing for big tournaments, and what his pupusa order is.

Kyle, Chip, and Yogi talk with Lee O'Neill the new SVP of USL1. They discuss Lee's background and time with boyhood club Ipswich Town, what he hopes to accomplish in his role, and how to grow the game in the USL and provide better story telling.

Chip sits down with Union Omaha and Omaha Stormchaser president Martie J. Cordaro. They discuss getting into soccer, plans for the club and potential new stadium.

It's 2023 and a new opportunity for the USL1 teams. Yogi, Kyle, and Eboni go through all the roster moves from the 12 sides. They look at how the new teams, Lexington and Knoxville, are taking different approaches to team building. NCFC and Forward Madison is making a statement, and how will the late coaching hires of Omaha and Chattanooga affect their team building. Then they go through their initial power rankings as of January!

It's the Season 2 finale!!! Yogi, Kyle, Eboni, Brandon and Chip first go through the final which saw South Georgia Tormenta win the championship and break down what went well for them and where it went wrong for Chattanooga. Then the group hand out their end of the season awards, give grades for each team and check out their preseason predictions.

Yogi, Kyle and Chip recap the road teams winning in the semi-final including if Richmond was robbed with the miss penalty call and is this the end of the Greenville core. Then the preview the final along with Eboni and go through the award winners and if they were deserved.
