This Xmas Hopcast features the second appearance by Jim. We tried four holidays ales and things took a few turns, such as learning a life lesson about whiskey and crushed ice, what not to bring at a potluck, and Eddie revealing something that made Jim sad. Malort is mentioned once again. Which means a Malort episode must happen. “This is a sad beer! This is the beer you would drink alone on Christmas." Some homemade banana bread makes an appearance. And a hot dog costume is involved. Plus, I am genuinely surprised at the end when James thanks me for appearing on the Hopcast. This is a throwback to when I was on-air at Radio DePaul. This took place around 5:30am on a Saturday morning when we were partaking in the first ever Radio DePaul Radiothon. (I am still laughing as I am listening to this.)

I fucked up. 95% of the audio for this Hopcast disappeared during post, and for that I feel awful. This is what I had saved prior to Hopcast Meltdown 2016. I am sorry Joel and Patrick.
