145. Stop It!
Reached back into the archives for this one. 7 years ago Keela spoke at a youth conference and delivered a transformational message that we can all learn from. YOU CAN STOP OR START ANYTHING YOU WANT TO IN LIFE. The only excuse is the excuse! There is no situation or circumstance that can overtake us, when we have God's power working in us! The enemy wants us to hold back and put up walls, but God can only work in what we allow Him to have authority in - in our lives. LET GOD WORK and STOP IT! 144. God's Not Done
We have a part to play in the promises of God - BELIEF. If you can get there on your own, WHY DO YOU NEED GOD?!? He will make a way when there seems to be no way. Sometimes we water down the promise of God, so that it makes sense to us. We bring the level down so that we can feel good about what is possible. BUT GOD DOESN’T WORK OR EXIST OR WANT US TO LIVE IN WHAT IS POSSIBLE. HE LIVES IN IMPOSSIBILITY. We look at life at a natural viewpoint, but God doesn’t exist in the natural. GOD IS NOT LIMITED BY WHAT LIMITS US. Your belief is either empowering or limiting.Where you can find everything about We Are the Ambroses:Social: @wearetheambrosesWebsite: wearetheambroses.comSupport: wearetheambroses.com/support

143. Stop Mistaking Tolerance for Love
Keela and Cole talk about the current times we are in culture and how if we continue down this path as believers of being passive and tolerant, we are going reap a harvest we would never want. It's time to stop believing that the church's tolerance is love. It's not. Tolerance of culture mocking Jesus, Christianity, and accepting ideologies that are antithetical to the word of God. 135. Gift of the Small
Keela delivers a message that she spoke in youth a few years back about the gift of the small in our lives. Often, we are looking for the BIG things to happen. BIGGER IS BETTER RIGHT? We look for our dreams to come true, for our prayers to be answered, for our miracle to happen. But one of the biggest mistakes we can make, is to overlook the small. God can do anything all at once, but often – He does His best work in the small. We get impatient with God, and we do not think He is doing enough in us and for us. God often does small things – so that He can bring us along with us. If God gave you all your dreams and gave you everything He intends to bring into your life – you would not be capable of receiving it. We want the big thing, but we are not capable of seeing the GIFT OF THE SMALL. 129. Jesus Still Loves Me
This week we share a message Keela spoke at a young adults service. We are Judas. How many times have we betrayed Jesus?Pledging our loyalty to Him in one moment and then in the next selling Him out for the sake of what we want in the moment? How many times have we plotted for our way and chose to not surrender to God – selling out for what we wanted more than Jesus? How many times have we rejected Him? How many times have we betrayed Him? The answer is daily. We know what He has done for us, and yet the list of ways we sell out is long. Judas’ sin was betraying Jesus. Judas knew of Jesus’ great love, he knew of his power & compassion, and yet Judas betrayed Jesus, and caused his death. We are Judas. Every time we fail to love as Jesus has loved us, we betray him. We are Judas. Every time we allow people to suffer, we betray him. We are Judas. Every time we choose our self-interests and pride instead of the good of everyone around us, we betray him. We are Judas. Every time we react in anger and hatred, we betray him. We are Judas. He knew that we would choose ourself/our way over Him. Yet, He chose to love us even still. Throwback message that Keela spoke to the youth. It is so easy to stay focused and even find problems. It is however not common to be a solutions minded person. Cole and Keela sit down with Raechal Martin who's background is in athletic training. She holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from Wichita State University (2011) and a Master of Science in Human Performance from Lindenwood University (2013). She also completed a 500-hour massage therapy program at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage Therapy School. In addition to that, she also completed the Gillespie Approach Craniosacral Fascial Therapy Training and became a Level 2 GOATA Coach in 2024 and became a COREFLOW Captain in 2025. How Can People Heal Faster? Here’s the thing about athletes. They’re impatient. They want magic fixes because they’re antsy on the sidelines— trying to get back to their sport ASAP, even after big injuries. But hey, I get it. So I started looking for advanced healing modalities. That’s when I laid eyes on Electrons Plus Therapy (Guided PEMF) and knew this was it! What I’d been looking for.By combining manual therapy, sports medicine, and guided PEMF technology- my athletes were able to move, feel and perform at their best.By using E+ therapy, I was able to support one athlete back to full return to play after only 3 weeks. A hamstring strain is typically a 6-8 week recovery. The addition of this modality was undeniable. But a person doesn’t need to be an elite athlete to feel incredible in their body. From elite athletes to anyone who wants to reduce their pain and move better.I founded ReCHARGE by Raechal to bring E+ therapy to people strugglingwith injuries, those with chronic pain, active individuals, and mothers. As a mother with a background in athletic training— nothing lights me up more than knowing I can reduce pain and improve quality of life in someone who’s truly tried everything. Whether I’m harmonizing the home or rebalancing the nervous system– I’ve seen the power of E+ therapy and want to bring better functioning to everyone who wants to put their health and healing first.Where you can find everything about Raechal:Instagram: @msraechal / @recharge.by.raechalFacebook: @msraechalLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/msraechal/Twitter: @msraechalWebsite: https://raechalmartin.comWhere you can find everything about We Are the Ambroses:Social: @wearetheambrosesWebsite: wearetheambroses.comSupport: wearetheambroses.com/support

118. Conversations with a Founder Who Wouldn't Bow to Cancel Culture | Paula Hoss
Cole and Keela sit down with Paula Hoss who is the founder of CLN&DRTY, a clean skincare company known for radically effective formulations designed for women with reactive skin. But her story didn’t begin in business — it began in brokenness, redemption, and a profound transformation of faith and worldview.Raised in New Jersey by Polish immigrant parents, Paula’s early life was shaped by strong cultural roots and deep personal challenges. In her early twenties, she struggled with substance abuse stemming from PTSD related to childhood and young adult trauma. At 24, she experienced what she describes as a life-altering encounter with Christ and has now been sober for 18 years.Paula met her husband in Germany while visiting family in Poland. After navigating a long-distance relationship between California and New York, they eventually settled on Massachusetts’ South Shore, where they now live in Kingston with their two daughters. Her husband serves as a Massachusetts State Trooper and Chaplain in the Army National Guard and has recently returned home from deployment in the Middle East — a season that deepened their family’s faith and resilience.Once firmly rooted in liberal ideology, Paula now speaks openly about her journey to conservatism — a shift shaped by faith, motherhood, business ownership, and a growing conviction around personal responsibility and freedom. She is unapologetic about discussing sobriety, mental health, faith, politics, and the realities of building a business as a Christian woman in today’s cultural climate. In addition to leading CLN&DRTY, Paula provides marketing consulting and content creation for wellness brands. Her message to women is simple: you will mess up, you will pivot, you will grow — and none of that disqualifies you. 112. Unintended Consequences
Cole and Keela talk about the recent leadership decisions by President Trump and why it's important as a leader to make decisions and take action on things that are required but may not be widely accepted by the masses. As a leader you are responsible for those of whom you lead, but your ultimate responsibility is to God. You're not always going to get universal agreement on things you decide to do as a leader, but what matters is that you have conviction from God on what's right and act based on that foundation and compass. As the leader, you have the foresight that others do not.Social: @wearetheambroses Website: wearetheambroses.com Support: wearetheambroses.com/support
