Happy Pride! We're back covering the first Dynamite of June and the first one in a couple weeks that was under three hours long! The match quality remains high as MJF defended his title against Rush in a no count outs match, Lio Rush whispered the secrets of the universe to Mark Briscoe, Mercedes Mone returned as the wild card in the Women's Owen to clash with Alex Windsor, and Mark Davis stress tested Will Ospreay's neck like never before in a Men's Owen semifinal match up. Plus! Mark Briscoe really hate MJF, further seeds are planted for Andrade's future Men's World Championship challenge, JetSpeed explodes, and Jon Moxley is trying to find the guy who started all this faction warfare. Double of Nothing is in the books, we have a new Men's World Champion, AND WE'VE GONE MAD. Also, it was another three hour Dynallision and there's been an awful lot of them lately, huh? That aside, we all had a blast with this week's episode! AEW hits Philly and gives us a big Lights Out Street Fight between Hikaru Shida and Kris Statlander in the main event. Also, The Men's Owen Hart Tournament quarterfinals wrapped up with two hard hitting matches, MJF has challengers lining up already, Jericho and Ricochet clashed again, and we had a wild Superstation Showdown Four-Way match. We also have Erika getting conspiracy brained over Toa Liona's hand, Cope and Cage explain disposable cameras in 2026, Hampter's brain can't contain all these zeroes, and we're running out of Metal Gear Solid game titles to use for these episodes. Do you feel it? It's a Dynallision! That's right, a three hour block of pro wrestling to get you ready for 14 hours of more wrestling over the weekend. A go home show, if you will. It was a solid night of wrestling too. Darby got to pad his defenses again, but Mark Brisco and Tommy Chompers renewed their rivalry in a bloody Anything Goes Match. Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong got their promised tag title shot against FTR, Jon Moxley tried slaying the dragon of Kyle O'Reilly in an eliminator match, and Will Ospreay battled Shibata and finally responded to Samoa Joe's taunts. All of this with a bit of a gambling theme behind it because you see, the PPV is Double or Nothing so we have to keep up the synergy with that theme. Plus, a bit of a rant about the state of the women's division in AEW is in there for good measure. Snake, press the action button to light the fuse. We're back at it with Dynamite from North Carolina where the action was as intense as a bartender trying to get Ric Flair to pay his bar tab! Okay, maybe not that intense, but it was another mostly solid effort from the AE Dub. Konosuke Takeshita continued to do things that set Erika's heart aflutter, Will Ospreay tests out the input for his new moveset, the Conglomeration rides again, and the brackets for the 2026 Men's and Women's Owen Hart Tournaments are announced with a couple cool surprises! We do get serious a for a bit and really kind of dig into what's not working about Darby's run as champion and the how the women seem to have been slotted into a specific spot on the show, but it's balanced out with plenty of levity on what's really going on in the Hyperbaric Time Chamber from Dragonball. Erika is back behind the wheel as we dive into a three hour combined AEW Dynamite and Collision... AKA the dreaded Dynallision! Can the crew keep their sanity through three hours of potentially questionable televised wrestling? Actually, yeah it was a pretty solid episode. The Men's World Title was on the line, Okada put his International Championship up in a hard hitting match with Bryan Keith, Jon Moxley and Juice Robinson renewed their long running bar fight of a feud, Harley Cameron and Mina Shirakawa were still looking for a spot of payback on Shida, all capped off with a huge ten-man tag team match at the end of the night. Also, there was an absolute banger between AR Fox and Mike Bailey and we learned the price MJF will need to pay to get his title back. All this, set to the backdrop of a tribute to the late Ted Turner and his contributions to wrestling! There's a lot, so make sure you got some liquids and snackies before you light the fuse.
