Kelly was in conversation with Terri Trespicio, author of Unfollow Your Passion.

Thursday, August 13: P&T Knitwear was pleased to welcome Tara Weinstein to celebrate and discuss her debut novel The Only Way Out is Through; a gripping novel about former abductee Bria Singer who must reconcile with her past as she tries to build her life on her own terms. Tara was in conversation with Anne Ray, author of Scenic Overlook. 

Tuesday, August 4: P&T Knitwear was pleased to welcome Amy B. Scher to celebrate and discuss her latest book The Unexpected Afterlife of Salon Rose; a darkly funny, and relatable story about moving on, forgiving ourselves, and finding hope in the future.  Amy was in conversation with her cousin, Stephanie Pennetti, the Dean of Students at Brielle Elementary School.

Tuesday, July 14: P&T was pleased to welcome Scott McClanahan to celebrate and discuss his first novel in eight years, Fights!;set in the mountains of West Virginia and the indie literary scene in New York, Fights! unites the two great love stories of McClanahan’s life: his wife, the writer Juliet Escoria, and Tyrant Books publisher, the late Giancarlo DiTrapano. Scott was in conversation with Chelsea Hodson, author of Tonight I'm Someone Else, the publisher of Rose Books, and the founder of the Morning Writing Club.

Wednesday, July 8: P&T Knitwear was pleased to welcome Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist, Julia Angwin, & former White House Senior Advisor, Ami Fields-Meyer, to celebrate and discuss their book On Courage; How to Be a Dissident in an Age of Fear, a deeply reported manual about how anyone can defy an authoritarian. Julia and Ami were joined in conversation by Barton Gellman, a Senior Advisor at the Brennan Center for Justice and the author of Dark Mirror: Edward Snowden and the American Surveillance State and the bestselling Angler: The Cheney Vice Presidency.

 Thursday, July 2: P&T Knitwear was pleased to welcome Serena Chopra to celebrate and discuss her poetry collection A Catalog of Future Mercies; a lyrical exploration of mercy as resistance to cyclical violence told in ghost stories and family histories. Serena was joined in conversation by Alicia Mountain, author of Four in Hand and High Ground Coward.
