What Else Is True?
by Colombe Mazerolle
"How can I be happy?" This is a question we get all the time as therapists, and while there definitely isn’t a straight up answer, we think part of it comes from learning to recognize and work with the nuance that life brings instead of constantly fighting against it. What Else Is True? is a podcast hosted by two therapists, who explore the nuance in the answers to life's important questions. From the basics of how our nervous systems, emotions, and thoughts work, to the more complicated stuff like relationships, trauma, boundaries, and emotional regulation. We want to share what we know, what we think, and some of the things we use both professionally and personally to navigate the complicated mixed bag of experiences that comes with being human.
