Sarah grew up in New England where she attended the most exclusive schools and was well on her way to becoming an Olympic Rower. But when stress and unfulfilling goals became a voice in her head she couldn't ignore, she headed out west in search of herself. Yoga and making jewelry with responsibly sourced stones gave Sarah the serenity she had been longing for, and now she travels around the world with her partner Kyle and their dog, living out of their van and offering classes in Breathwork.
