Description

As I see it, whisky is taking us on a journey. Whenever I pour myself a dram, it takes me on an adventure about tasting, about the production process (fermentation, distillation, maturation), and about visits of distilleries around the globe... Whisky truly is a thing of pleasure, and it is for everyone!Passionate about spirits, wine and beer, I dedicate myself to demystifying whisky for the general public. I am promoter of the sole whisky festival in Québec, Rendez-vous Scotch Whisky de Québec. I also have the great privilege of acting as an adjudicator for the Canadian Whisky Awards.
