Rooted in our ancient and indigenous knowledge systems, Whitiora acknowledges well-being is temporary, holistic and sustained through connectedness and belonging. We interpret Whitiora as an eternal pursuit of well-being.This podcast series presents the realities of Whitiora through the experiences and perspectives of whānau, hapū iwi and community leaders. We are excited to present this series of podcasts delivered by Tātaihono over the next 8 months.
