⚠️ This review contains MAJOR SPOILERS for Spider-Man: Brand New Day... Duh lol Listen... as a fellow kid from Queens like Peter Parker, I'm bound to like every Spider-Man movie by default. But I'd be lying if I said that Spider-Man: Brand New Day was just good or okay. NOPE. It's GREAT! Peter…

Supergirl Review (Spoilers): They Told Her Story in the Wrong Order | BONUS EP
I don’t think Supergirl is a terrible movie. I just think it made one huge storytelling mistake, and everything else had to fight uphill because of it. We got some backwards structure, Kara’s arc, the performances, what landed, what fell flat, and why this movie (most likely) will bomb in the box...

Mortal Kombat 2 FINALLY Feels Like Mortal Kombat | BONUS EP
Mortal Kombat 2 finally feels like somebody involved actually PLAYED the games 😭🔥 After the 2021 movie gave us Cole Young and a weirdly watered-down version of Mortal Kombat, this sequel goes way harder with the violence, blood, fatalities, and overall energy fans were expecting the FIRST time...

Mario Galaxy Is A Cooler Step Down From The Mario Movie (Spoiler Review) | BONUS EP
So I finally sat down and watched the Mario Galaxy movie, and I’m not gonna lie… it’s not as bad as people are saying. But at the same time, coming off the 2023 Mario Movie, this definitely feels like a cooler step down. This one leans way more into fan service and Easter eggs, which is cool if...

It’s the 20th anniversary of Get Rich or Die Tryin’, and honestly? The movie still doesn’t hold up. Let’s talk about why rushing this film to cash in on 50 Cent’s fame did it absolutely no favors. In this episode, I revisit Get Rich or Die Tryin’ two decades later and break down why it failed as…

Edward Scissorhands (1990): A Classic That Relies on Vibes Over Logic | EP 89

Black Swan (2010): A Near-Perfect Psychological Thriller | EP 88
If you told me back in 2010 that Black Swan would end up being one of my new favorite movies of ALL TIME, I would’ve called you a liar AND filed a hate crime for thinking I was gay! 😂 But goddamnit, this classic checks off EVERYTHING I look for in a movie: - drama ✅ - suspense ✅ - visuals ✅ -...

Joker: Folie à Deux | BONUS EP
**sorry for the first 5 mins or so, IDK why the audio doubled** A year after Joker: Folie à Deux hit theaters, it’s still catching more hate than it probably deserves. No, it ain't as memorable the first Joker was, but wasn't that kind of the point? Is there ANYTHING that Joker 2 actually got...
-
The Smashing Machine | BONUS EP
Let’s be real — "The Smashing Machine" ain’t bad, but it’s no cinematic masterpiece either. The story of Mark Kerr’s rise and crash in the early days of MMA is wild, raw, and kinda tragic — but also slow, scattered, and taking itself a little seriously, thanks to Dwayne Johnson. Will Dwayne…
