Ep. 13 Drugs, Herbs, and Society

Wow! This is a big one guys. Lucky #13. I go raw, wild, and candid about stories from my past. This is huge and honestly feels amazing to tell parts of these stories. I know it will change your perception of me but I'm fully vulnerable here and putting it out there because I have to be myself and free to express these stories. It's part of my journey and may help someone else come to terms with what they are going through or have been stuck and are now looking for deeper answers.I am telling this tale to be honest about my experiences and begin working within the realms of integration for life experiences such as people exploring altered states of consciousness, or having mystical expereinces, going through loss, grief, life transitions, or working on finding themselves again. This is just the beginning and it starts with the truth and being open to sharing this side of me.I also want to note... I've never done Meth. I may have forgot to mention that one but it's a major problem in Northwest Ohio and a terrible choice. Please do not use meth. Not even once.I do not recommend, source, or facilitate sessions for altered states or encourage drug use. This is unlawful, unethical, and not what I want to be doing with my practice. Drugs are dangerous and should not be used unless in a facility designed to do them under medical supervision. Ep. 12 A Day in the Life of a CST Practitioner, LMT, Certified Professional Life Coach, Healer, Guide, and Goober.

Talking about being of service to the community, spreading joy through bodywork, creating space for people to come home to themselves, and lean into the mystical for transformations.  Talking about the nuances of being highly educated and working in a small farm town community. This is a pretty honest and raw conversation so I hope you get down with the vulnerability and maybe can resonate with this.I would love for anyone to share, comment, leave a review when possible. VALUE YOURSELVES AND BE AWESOME!https://www.fieldsmindbody.com/services For more information on my practice or how to work with me 1:1 - Visit FieldsMindBody.com.

Ep. 10 We made it! - Music History, Dance Parties, Shenanigans, and Friday Funtimes!

This is a wild episode for a Friday night of just straight up chilling feeling like a goober and having some good chuckles. This is much more lighthearted than the last episode and talks heavy about my musical journey and how I got into the jams I am. Silly story time episode for the whole family! Ha! Sit back, enjoy, have a laugh or tow, and munch on your favorite snack! This was recorded later than expected so sorry about the silliness! 5. 9

Ep. 9 No Creeps, No Kings, Marketing, Cults, and Vulnerability

This episode gets a bit raw. Unleashing the truth and speaking from my heart. I guess this gets a bit heated and spicy. Just standing on points that I feel in my depths of being. We have a responsibility as humans to make sure our future generations get set up on good solid paths or our existence as a humanity will dimmish. I have a heart for protecting certain communities and I clearly voice that opinion in this episode. I almost didn't post this due to pressing of buttons and maybe striking a cord but... We live in a weird weird time right now and speaking one's truth should be a freedom we all can experience and utilize. Protect those you care about and don't be in a cult or an asshole.Much love Peeps!
