Lots of strange, unusual folks out here that you need to know about.Since we are putzing around with the Punisher, the most logical solution would be to talk about the LOBO BROTHERS, two brothers who are both high-class drug dealers AND mutant werewolves. Frank was once almost mind-controlled to assassinate them for the Kingpin but it didn’t go well. Regardless, the brothers have some intriguing aspects about them, particularly the whole mutant lycanthropy deal that isn’t entirely mutant but also mystical in some ways.
