GOD IS SPEAKING! But You Don't Like What He Is Saying!
A lot of us walk around saying, “I’m trying to hear from God,” but if we’re honest, we’re only open to hearing what we agree with. The moment truth shows up in a way that challenges us, corrects us, or exposes something in us—we shut down. We get defensive. We dismiss it. Or worse… we ignore it completely. But here’s the truth: God has been speaking to you. Not just today. Not just recently. A long time ago. Through people. Through situations. Through that uncomfortable feeling you keep pushing away. Through that one conversation that stuck with you longer than it should have. Through correction you didn’t ask for but needed anyway. And instead of sitting with it and going back to God like, “Lord, fix my heart so I can receive this,” we go everywhere else. We look for validation. We look for agreement. We look for someone to tell us we’re fine the way we are. But growth doesn’t happen in comfort—it happens in truth. Sometimes people aren’t attacking you. Sometimes they’re revealing something you genuinely can’t see about yourself. And instead of labeling them as negative or “coming for you,” maybe—just maybe—that’s God trying to get your attention. We say we want clarity, but we avoid conviction. We say we want God’s voice, but we reject His method. God is limitless. He’s not boxed into one way of speaking. He will use whatever—and whoever—He needs to reach you. The real issue isn’t that God isn’t speaking. The issue is that we’re not present enough to hear Him. We’re distracted. We’re prideful. And sometimes… we’re just not ready to accept the truth. But here’s where it shifts: maturity is when you start praying differently. “Lord, don’t just speak to me—prepare me to receive it.”“Correct my heart so I don’t reject what I need.”“Help me recognize your voice—even when it’s uncomfortable.” Because once you get to that place, everything changes. You stop running from truth… and start growing through it. God is speaking. The question is—are you finally ready to listen?Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. You Can’t Preach One Thing and Live Another!
I’m just going to say it how it is, because this has been on my mind heavy lately. One thing that confuses me about some people in the church is how easy it is for them to talk about the Word but not actually live it. And I’m not saying anybody has to be perfect, because clearly, none of us are. But there’s a difference between struggling and straight-up ignoring what you’re teaching. Like, how are you going to sit there and tell people how to live for Christ, but behind closed doors you’re doing the complete opposite? That’s where it starts to feel fake. And people can see that. You might think they don’t, but trust me, they do. Jesus made it clear we’re supposed to be doers of the Word, not just hearers. It’s easy to quote scripture. It’s easy to post about God. It’s easy to give advice. But living it? That’s the real work. That’s where the consistency shows up. And honestly, this is why a lot of people don’t take Christianity seriously. It’s not always the message—it’s the messengers. When people see hypocrisy, it turns them off completely. You can’t tell someone “God is love” but you’re full of hate. You can’t talk about honesty but you’re lying and manipulating people. That’s what makes people question everything. And then we wonder why folks don’t want to come to church or don’t trust believers. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being real. If you mess up, own it. If you’re struggling, say that. But don’t act like you’re walking in something that you’re not even trying to live. That’s where the problem comes in. Because when you’re in a position where you’re teaching, leading, or even just speaking about God, people are watching you whether you like it or not. They’re building trust based on what you say AND what you do. And if those two things don’t line up, your credibility starts to fall apart.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. Stop Trying To Be Seen!! JESUS Is King! Not YOU!!
Too many of us are worried about what other people are doing and wanting people to see us, and really at the end of the day, it's about God being seen, not about us. When we decide to walk with Christ, it's not about who we are, it's about who God is. And that’s something a lot of people miss. A lot of times we're too busy trying to show off and be the one and being the first and not seeing that it's bigger than that. You see it everywhere. People want to be seen. People want recognition. People want to make sure everybody knows what they’re doing, where they’re going, and how “holy” they are. But the truth is, when you're really walking with God, the focus isn’t supposed to be on you at all. The focus should be on Him. You go to church for why? Go to church if you just want people to see what you got on and you want to make a scene and you want to act like you're holier than thou, but raise hell all week long. What is the purpose of that? That’s something we need to really ask ourselves. Because church is not a fashion show. It’s not a stage for people to perform. It’s not a place where you go so people can see you and think you're better than them. And yet a lot of people treat it like that. They walk in looking the part, talking the part, acting the part on Sunday… but the rest of the week their life shows something completely different.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. LET GOD HANDLE THEM!!!
Let me tell you something real, because a lot of people struggle with this and don’t even realize how much damage they’re doing to themselves. The best policy — the strongest, safest, most powerful spiritual policy you can live by — is to let God handle the fight. Not you. Not your temper. Not your emotions. Not your pride. GOD. Period. See, this is what people forget: you are human… and God is not. You have limits, weaknesses, blind spots, emotions that flip from zero to a hundred. God doesn’t. He sees the whole picture. He knows the truth behind the scenes. He understands motives, intentions, lies, jealousy, manipulation — all the things you don’t always see. And because He knows all of that, He knows exactly how to deal with the people who hurt you, betray you, disrespect you, or try to tear you down. But here’s the part that many folks miss: when you jump in and try to fight the battle yourself, you literally get in God’s way. You block what He’s trying to do. You interfere with His process. And then you wonder why the situation got messier, uglier, and more painful than it needed to be. You were never designed to fight spiritual battles in human strength. Let that sink in. God said, “Vengeance is mine.” Not yours. Not your mama’s. Not your best friend’s. HIS.That means the moment someone hurts you, the moment someone disrespects you, the moment someone lies on you or plays with your name — you are supposed to hand it over to Him. Not clap back. Not plot revenge. Not lose sleep trying to prove a point. Just hand it over and step back. And I get it — it’s hard. Your first reaction is to defend yourself. You want to correct the lie. You want to confront the person. You want to teach them not to play with you. But every time you act from that emotional place, you are stepping into a ring God never told you to enter. You are putting armor on that doesn’t even fit you. And then you wonder why you're tired, stressed, drained, frustrated, and confused. Baby, that’s because you’re fighting the wrong fight. Let God handle them. He will always make it right. When God deals with a situation, He doesn’t just fix it — He exposes truth. He restores your dignity. He prepares a table in front of your enemies. He elevates you in the same places people tried to break you. He turns every disrespect into a testimony. He turns every attack into a platform. He turns every betrayal into a blessing. But none of that can happen if you keep stepping in and trying to control the narrative. Do you know how powerful it is to stay silent and let God speak for you? Do you know how powerful it is to keep your hands clean while God works behind the scenes? Do you know how powerful it is to let peace be your response? That is real strength. That is real faith. That is real maturity. Listen… anybody can fight back. Anybody can argue. Anybody can clap back on social media or run their mouth. That doesn’t take spiritual depth — that takes ego. But it takes a whole different level of trust to stand still and say, “Lord, I put this in Your hands.” Because when you let God fight, the outcome is always better than anything you could’ve pulled off in your own strength. God doesn’t just win the battle — He wins it in a way that protects you, heals you, grows you, and blesses you. He knows how to deal with people better than you ever could. He knows how to bring correction without destroying someone’s soul. He knows how to humble without humiliating. He knows how to bring justice the right way, at the right time, for the right reason. So the next time someone hurts you…The next time someone disrespects you…The next time somebody misunderstands you, lies on you, or misjudges your character… Just breathe. Step back. Release it to God. Because when you stop fighting battles that were never yours in the first place, that’s when God finally has room to move. And trust me — when God moves, every wrong will be made right. Every single one.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. GOD IS LOVE! That's Why You Can't Describe It!! GOD IS LIMITLESS!!
I’m sharing why we have to stop letting people nail us to a cross that Jesus already died on. People will hold your past over your head. They will act like your mistakes are bigger than God’s mercy. They will watch you grow and still try to drag you back into who you used to be. But God is saying, “That’s not your cross to carry. I carried it already.” This episode is for anyone who’s tired of feeling like they have to defend themselves, explain themselves, or prove their worth to people who didn’t die for them. If God has already forgiven you, covered you, and lifted you — then no one has the right to keep crucifying you. Come listen as I talk about grace, healing, and letting go of the shame that people try to put on you. If you’ve ever felt judged, misunderstood, or held to a standard nobody else can meet, this message is going to free you.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. You Are NOT!! A Christian!!! Ya Girl Renae
A lot of people think they know God, but they really don’t. They read, they follow the rules, they say the right things… yet their hearts are still dark, and they have no real understanding of what it means to truly know the Lord. And here’s the part most folks won’t say out loud: sometimes the ones who call themselves “righteous” end up resenting the sinner — because the sinner often knows something they don’t. The sinner knows they are loved. The sinner knows God sees them. The sinner isn’t pretending. And that’s why God meets them where they are. Because knowing God isn’t about perfection… it’s about the heart. When I sat with this message, I realized how many people walk around wearing a spiritual mask. They carry a Bible, they show up to church, they quote scripture, and they know how to look holy on the outside — but inside, their heart is far from God. There’s bitterness, jealousy, judgment, and pride sitting in the seat where love is supposed to be. They think knowing God is about checking boxes, following rules, and appearing righteous in front of others. But God has never been impressed by performance. He looks at the heart, the motives, the posture of your spirit when nobody else is watching. And yet, the very people who claim to know Him often forget the first thing God teaches us: love. They forget compassion. They forget humility. They forget that everyone is in need of grace. Instead, they look at someone who has fallen, someone who is struggling, someone who doesn’t hide their flaws — and they judge them. They distance themselves. They lift themselves up as if their rule-keeping makes them superior. But God has always favored honesty over appearance. He would rather deal with a broken sinner who says, “Lord, I need You,” than a self-proclaimed righteous person who acts like they’ve got it all figured out. That’s why in Scripture, Jesus spent more time with the sinners, the outcasts, the ones society labeled as “unworthy.” Not because they were perfect — but because they were open. They knew they needed God. They knew they didn’t have the strength to pretend. They didn’t hide their struggles behind religion. They came to Him with their real selves, their real pain, and their real hearts. And that’s what many people today still don’t understand. Knowing God isn’t about being spotless. It’s about being surrendered. It’s about being real. It’s about having a heart that says, “Lord, I love You, and I want to grow,” even when your life is messy. God honors humility. He honors sincerity. He honors truth. What’s dangerous is when someone thinks their religious actions prove they know God. They get comfortable. They get prideful. They feel entitled to judge others. But inside, they have no peace. No love. No compassion. And the truth is, that darkness in the heart is what separates a person from truly knowing the Lord — not the lack of perfection, not the struggle, not the weakness. So today’s message is a reminder: God is not looking for people who act holy. He’s looking for people who want Him. People who seek Him from the heart.People who admit their flaws and still believe they are loved. People who don’t just perform righteousness but live it through kindness, forgiveness, and humility. If you’ve ever felt like you weren’t good enough, or like someone tried to make you feel less spiritual because of your mistakes, let this message free you: God meets the honest heart before He meets the perfect performance. And true relationship with Him starts when you stop pretending and start surrendering.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. Jesus Died On The Cross & Forgave & So Should You!
Family, I want to speak straight into somebody’s heart today, because this message is heavy in my spirit. We need to stop acting like we don’t have the greatest example right in front of us — Jesus Christ Himself. If we’re going to follow anybody’s footsteps, let it be His. Let’s go back to the moment that changed everything: the crucifixion. They didn’t just talk about Jesus. They didn’t just disrespect Him.They murdered Him — right there on the cross. He was hanging there in pain most of us couldn’t even imagine. His body was torn. His heart was hurting. The same people He came to save were the ones tearing Him down. And yet, in the middle of all of that torture, Jesus did something that shows us exactly how we are supposed to live: He said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” Do you understand how powerful that is? He didn’t wait until the pain was over.He didn’t wait until people apologized. He didn’t wait for them to understand. Jesus forgave them right in the middle of the hurt.Right in the middle of the betrayal.Right in the middle of being wronged. And if He could do that… what is our excuse? If people hurt us, lie on us, backstab us, disappoint us, or break our hearts, we still have to find the strength — even if it’s shaking and messy — to say: “Lord, I forgive, even though it hurt me.” Not because the person was right. Not because the pain disappears. But because forgiveness sets YOUR soul free. 🌟 Nobody Has the Right to Count You Out — ONLY GOD DOES Let me make this loud and clear because people get real bold in church spaces: No one — not a leader, not a prophet, not a pastor, not a bishop, not a pope — has the right to decide who God accepts. That power belongs to God alone. People love to walk around acting like they hold the keys to heaven, like they can declare who is worthy and who is not. But the truth is: Only God sees the heart.Only God decides destiny.Only God says who makes it and who doesn’t. And God doesn’t count people out. So why are we letting others count us out?Why are we counting ourselves out? 🌟 If Jesus Forgave His Murderers, You Don’t Get to Disqualify Yourself Think about this carefully: Jesus forgave the very people who nailed Him to a cross.Jesus forgave the people who mocked Him and spit on Him.Jesus forgave the ones who beat Him and betrayed Him. He forgave murderers. So what makes you think your mistakes are too big for God? Most of us have never done anything close to that level of wrong. So if Jesus looked down from that cross, saw the worst sin happening right in front of Him, and STILL forgave… You are not disqualified. You are not too far gone. You are not beyond grace. If Jesus can forgive those who killed Him, you can forgive yourself for the things you’ve been carrying for years. And more importantly: God already forgave you. 🌟 Preach the Gospel, Not Condemnation Our job as believers is simple: We preach the gospel. We love people. We encourage them.We help them walk closer to Christ. We do NOT get to play judge. We do NOT get to decide who is worthy. We do NOT get to close doors God is trying to open. Only God chooses.Only God qualifies.Only God restores. And if He forgave murderers, then He sure can forgive you for the small things you’ve done. 🌟 Final Word Take notes from Jesus.Follow His example.Forgive others.Forgive yourself. And stop letting anybody — including you — say that God can’t use you. Because if Jesus forgave the ones who killed Him… Trust me, God’s grace has more than enough room for you. — Ya Girl Renae ✨❤️Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. LISTEN!!!! YOU ARE NOT PERFECT!! OKAY!!
One of the biggest lessons God keeps teaching me over and over again is this: you will never be perfect, and you will never outgrow your need for Him. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been saved, how often you pray, or how close you feel to the Lord—there will never be a day where you stop needing His strength, His wisdom, and His presence. For some reason, we get into this mindset that because we “know God,” we should automatically have everything under control. Like the moment we get saved, we’re supposed to magically handle every challenge with no fear, no discouragement, no weakness. But that’s not real life. And honestly, God never asked us to pretend like we’re superhuman. What He did ask is for us to trust Him. The truth is, trying to do everything on your own eventually leads to burnout. I’ve been there more times than I can count. Anytime I start feeling down, confused, weak, or like maybe I’m not measuring up, I remind myself of something simple but powerful: God is God… and I’m not. And because He is God, He has the power, the strength, and the solutions I don’t have. There have been days where I had to literally stop in the middle of what I was doing and say:“Lord, I’m not doing good today. Lord, I need Your help. Lord, I’m feeling discouraged. Please step in because I can’t carry this by myself.” And every single time—without fail—God shows up. He doesn’t always change the situation immediately, but He comforts me, strengthens me, lifts my spirit, and reminds me that I’m not walking alone. That’s why we have to stop acting like we’re too strong, too spiritual, or too “put together” to call on His name. You are never too holy to have problems. You are never too grown in God to struggle. And you are never in a place where you don’t need Him. This podcast episode is about learning to let God be God. We have to stop picking up every weight like we’re supposed to handle it all by ourselves. God never asked us to be perfect—He asked us to depend on Him. So from this day forward, make it a habit to call on His name in everything. Not just when life falls apart, but in the small moments, the confusing moments, the emotional moments, and the quiet hours where you don’t even know what you’re feeling. Because the truth is: you will never be able to do it on your own, and you were never created to.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. Lord! Send Me Someone That Can Love Me!!
The lights get brighter, the music gets softer, families start gathering, and everywhere you look people seem to be holding hands, smiling, or talking about love. And for many of us, that’s when the longing hits the hardest. We want love. We want connection. We want someone to hold us, appreciate us, and choose us. But on her “Bedtime Talk” podcast, Ya Girl Renae shared a truth that hit deep:Before you ever receive love from another person, you have to know and trust that you are loved by God first. This message is powerful. And for some people, it’s exactly what their heart has been needing to hear. Why We Search So Hard for Love During the Holidays The holiday season has a way of magnifying everything—your joy, your memories, and yes, even your loneliness. You start reflecting on who’s missing, who you lost, who walked away, or who never showed up. Social media makes it even harder because you see couples posting pictures, families laughing together, and people opening gifts with big smiles. But God wants you to understand something important: Your value is not measured by who chooses you.Your worth is not decided by who stays or who leaves. You are already loved. You were loved first by God. God’s Love Comes Before Any Other Blessing Ya Girl Renae explained it beautifully:Before God gives you a spouse, a relationship, a blessing, a friendship, a new opportunity, or anything valuable — He wants you grounded in His love first. Why?Because if you don’t know who you are in God…If you don’t know how loved you already are…If you don’t understand your value… Then you will attach your heart to anybody who shows you a little attention. You’ll settle for relationships that drain you. You’ll stay in situations where you’re tolerated, not valued.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. Anna Kepner's Death JUST SAD
The death of young Anna Kepner has left families, travelers, and communities across the country stunned. A cruise ship is supposed to be a place of fun, rest, and escape from daily life. But for Anna’s family, their trip turned into a nightmare that no one could prepare for. Now, with her stepbrother being mentioned as a possible killer, people are trying to understand how this could happen in such a controlled environment. This case has become one of the most talked about stories on news platforms, social media, and podcasts — including Bedtime Talk, where the conversation has centered on the shock, confusion, and deep pain surrounding this tragedy. Sadly, this is not the first time a cruise ship has been linked to a devastating crime. Over the past several years, there have been disturbing reports of passengers going missing, falling overboard, being attacked, or suffering drug-related harm. Each time, families are left with more questions than answers. Many of these cases take place in or near the Bahamas, leading many people online to revisit old concerns about safety and crime in waters connected to the region.People want to know:How does something like this keep happening? Why are there so many unexplained cases on cruise ships? And most of all—are travelers really as safe as they are told? In Anna’s case, the details are still unfolding. Investigators are looking at her stepbrother closely, and the public is watching every update with heavy hearts. The idea that danger can come from someone in your own family makes this story even more painful for people to accept. It cuts deep, because this tragedy is not only about the crime — it’s about trust, innocence, and a young life lost far too soon.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. Marjorie Taylor Greene Blew It!!
I watched Marjorie Taylor Greene on “State of the Union,” and I have to be honest everything about that interview felt like a step backwards. The fire she built her entire brand on was nowhere to be found. Instead, we saw hesitation, rehearsed talking points, and an uncomfortable dance around Donald Trump… even as she subtly accused him of putting foreign interests ahead of Americans. It was a confusing performance, and voters deserved far more clarity than what we got.In her recent appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene stepped into an interview many Americans expected to be a defining moment. After weeks of heated back-and-forth between her and former President Donald Trump across multiple social media platforms, there was anticipation that Greene would finally speak with the clarity, conviction, and boldness she is known for. Instead, viewers were left with an interview built on hesitation, soft political posturing, and carefully measured statements that raised more questions than answers. For someone who has built her reputation on being unapologetic, unconcerned with political backlash, and relentlessly outspoken, Greene’s interview felt like watching a completely different figure. The fiery tone that once made her a force within her party was noticeably absent. In its place was a carefully moderated version of herself one seemingly torn between loyalty to a political leader and the desire to shape her own path in the national spotlight. At several points during the interview, Greene was presented with direct questions regarding Donald Trump’s character, honesty, and handling of national issues. Rather than addressing those questions head-on, she redirected, sidestepped, or generalized her responses. It was a stark contrast from the confident tone she typically displays on social media, where she has openly challenged Trump and questioned some of his decisions. The inconsistency between her online bravado and her reserved televised persona left many viewers disappointed.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. JD Vance Is Now Looking Like Repubicans Savior & Harvey Levin Is Now Throwing Trump Under The Bus!
Let’s get real for a moment, because the way all of this is unfolding in real time feels like a script somebody already wrote months ago. And now the actors are just hitting their marks. 👀Everybody is suddenly shocked that Harvey Levin is stepping up like some bold truth-teller and throwing Donald Trump under the bus. But here’s the problem—where was that energy when Trump was lying straight to America’s face while running for president? Where was the urgency? The outrage? The responsibility to tell the truth?Simple: it wasn’t “profitable” yet. Now, when clicks are booming and Epstein emails are trending and every piece of Trump-related chaos gets a million views in an hour… NOW Harvey Levin wants to be the fearless truth machine. Please. The public needed answers years ago—not when the algorithm decided it was good business.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. Epstein Emails Released!
Look… I’m not saying I have all the answers, but something in these Epstein emails is not sitting right with me. And the fact that folks are acting like this is no big deal? Nah. We need to talk about it calmly, professionally, but honestly — because this could shake the entire political foundation if it turns out to be true.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope. Why Is Trump So Afriad Of The Epstein Files?
I’m just gonna say what a lot of folks are too afraid to say something about these Epstein files and the Republicans’ sudden excitement to “release them” feels off. Like, real off. Because just a few years ago, nobody wanted to touch these files. They were “classified,” they were “sensitive,” and now all of a sudden, everybody on the right wants to look like the hero who’s bringing the truth to light? Please. There’s a lot more going on behind the curtain than they’re letting on.Let’s not act like Trump’s name hasn’t been tied to Epstein for years. People forget, Trump and Epstein weren’t strangers — they were friends. They ran in the same circles, partied with the same people, took pictures together, and even shared that same “type” of company if you know what I mean. And now Trump’s team and all his followers are trying to make it seem like it’s the Democrats who are scared of what’s in those files? That’s rich. Because every time something comes out that could possibly touch Trump, somehow he flips it, spins it, and walks away untouched like he’s got a golden shield or something.Bedtime Talk Radio – Kingdom Influence MediaEnd your day with truth, heart and hope.
