Currently she serves as Manager, Player Engagement for the National Football League. Smith works within the Football Operations department and heads up the league's programming geared towards the personal and professional development of current and former NFL players. She oversees programs such as the Career Tours, Broadcasting & Media Workshop, Real Estate Workshop, Personal Branding & Social Workshop, and more. Additionally, Smith serves as a co-lead of the NFL Women's Community that serves as a central platform for resources, events, programs, and initiatives that support and champion women involved in the game. Ashley and her Women's Community co-lead, Cesley Tafoya, work to streamline communication and amplify resources that support the personal and professional development, health & wellness, and cross-collaborative engagement of women in the NFL family. Prior to joining the National Football League, Smith spent a summer interning with the Kansas City Chiefs in their inaugural Norma Hunt Player Personnel Fellowship Program. In this program, Smith assisted the General Manager and player personnel staff in evaluating players, trimming the team's roster, and practice operations. Before transitioning out of intercollegiate athletics, Smith served as the Assistant Athletic Director of Player Development for the Tennessee Football Program in 2021. In this role, she spearheaded the football program's programming in the areas of leadership development, personal enhancement, community outreach, and career and professional development. Smith worked at the University of Tennessee for a total of five years. During this time, she worked for both the football and student-athlete development departments. From June 2013 to July 2016, Smith worked in the Championships & Alliances department at the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Her time there began as a postgraduate intern and then developed into an assistant coordinator position. Smith had the opportunity to work a total of 19 national championships across Divisions I, II, and III. Their first child, Joshua, was born with a muscular disorder called myotubular myopathy (MTM). The doctors would not give him more than 24 hours to live.  Alison became Joshua's advocate, and eventually the patient advocate for a whole community.  Alison taught herself how to keep her son alive and had to resuscitate him numerous times. Before Joshua had his first birthday, Alison and her husband, Paul, started a foundation that would one day find the cure for their son's disease. Queen V is a New York City based singer-songwriter and the front woman of her namesake rock band. V is currently performing and releasing videos in support of her most recent record, Bridges Vol. 3, which is the conclusion of her Bridges trilogy.  The trilogy began with the release of the Bridges EP in 2015, which V recorded in Los Angeles at the famed Studio 606 with the help of Producer John "Lou" Lousteau. This first EP was the result of V taking her songwriting in a new direction, refocusing on her roots on piano and acoustic guitar. The next leg of the Bridges journey saw Queen V spending extended periods of time writing in Nashville, where she linked up with Chad Carlson, who has become a frequent collaborator, cowriter, and Producer. The 2017 EP, Bridges Vol. 2, was recorded at Nashville's Sound Emporium, with Chad Carlson at the helm. For the closing saga of the trilogy, the full-length album Bridges Vol. 3, V knew she needed to bring the journey back home to New York City. V's history in New York goes back over two decades, making a name for herself in her early days with frequent shows at legendary venues in NYC's club scene, such as CBGB, The Bitter End, and Don Hill's, among countless others. With the decision made that only New York had the energy, history, and other intangibles needed to close out this anthology, V headed to the historic Sear Sound to record Bridges Vol. 3. Once again Chad Carlson would be behind the board producing the record, along with co-writing a number of songs. Bridges Vol. 3 was released on June 10th of 2022, and has been supported by the release of a number of music videos, including V's first ever animated video for the track "Technicolor." V celebrated Vol. 3 with a concert at The Atlantic in Brooklyn, NY on the eve of the album's release. Later that Summer, V would go on to promote the album by performing at Celebrity Care Fest, where she played two sets of her own music and sat in for performances with The Temptations, Lou Gramm of Foreigner, and The Jacksons. This continued a long history of high-profile collaborations for V who has written or performed with the likes of Vernon Reid (Living Colour), Corey Taylor (Slipknot/Stone Sour), Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine), Lemmy (Motorhead), and more recently country star (no comma) Billy Dean, who cowrote Vol. 3's, "Honest," to name just a few. This year has seen Queen V perform "The Star-Spangled Banner" at Chicago's Guaranteed Rate Field before the White Sox took on the Yankees, and also at her first Summer Soiree, which took place June 23rd at Rockwood Music Hall in New York City. The Summer Soiree was an addition to V's series of regular NYC performances, which also includes her Spring Fling and Fall Ball. Additionally, she has plans to film and release videos for several more songs from Bridges Vol. 3, most recently the video for "Write Your Song," which was filmed on location at Ellis Island as well as at the National Opera Center. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 7th round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He continued his career in Kansas City, Carolina, New Orleans, and Buffalo Bills. In 2011, Kurt intercepted quarterback Rex Grossman three times in the Eagles' 20-13 win at the Washington Redskins. He was the first Eagles player since 1966 to have 3 interceptions in one game.     The 2015 season was a special season for Kurt and the Carolina Panthers.  Kurt recorded a career-high 9 interceptions and helped the Panthers solidify their spot in Super Bowl 50.     He played collegiate football at The Ohio State University, where he earned first-team All-American honors, All-Big Ten Honors, and earned Team Captain honors in 2009. In 2007, Kurt co-founded the Ohio States chapter of Uplifting Athletes, a charity dedicated to raising awareness for rare diseases.    Throughout college and his NFL career, Kurt has always been called to help those around him and give back to the community. He has worked with various charities, such as Muggsy Bogues Family Foundation, ACS, CMTA, Carolina Breast Friends, and many more.  In 2006, breast cancer hit close to the Coleman family.  His father Ron was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent chemotherapy and a mastectomy. Kurt and his family saw the damage and strain that cancer can wreak on a family.  Ron and Kurt went on to fund Coleman4aCure, their family charity that focuses on helping families battling cancer. Coleman4acure focuses on spreading awareness of male breast cancer. They have impacted families in Ohio, Philadelphia, and North Carolina.    Kurt and his wife Laura along with their four kids are especially passionate about making a difference in the Charlotte community. Growing up in a large family in Ohio, Jennifer was always surrounded by love and support. But at 18, she made the bold decision to leave her family and move out west to chase her dreams of living by the beach and experiencing life in the big city. Arriving in Los Angeles wasn't easy; she faced financial and emotional struggles. But as they say, when the going gets tough, the tough get going. Jennifer eventually found her footing as a freelance makeup artist, working on movie sets. A chance encounter at the Playboy Mansion changed her life. While working as an assistant to a makeup artist, Jennifer caught the eye of Hugh Hefner, which led her to a career in modeling. Although she never imagined herself in that world, she embraced the opportunity. In 2008, Jennifer retired from modeling to focus on her growing family. Now, she's happily married to former NFL safety Adam Archuleta and currently a commentator for CBS. They have been together for over 18 years and have three beautiful children, five dogs, and two tortoises. Over the years, Jennifer has discovered a deep passion for helping others. She has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster children and volunteered for Childhelp for the last eight years. As a survivor of childhood trauma herself, it's important for her to give back to those in need.
