It is a guided meditation divided into 6 stages:Stage 1 (Antar mauna): Breath Awareness & Body relaxationStage 2 (Resolve/Sankalpa): Short Statement for your mindStage 3 (Rotation of Consciousness) : Body parts ConcentrationStage 4 (Breathing Focus): Counting of breathStage 5 (Visualization): Images IntroductoryStages 6 (Finish): Finish with Resolve RepetitionRemain awake and do not move your body, throughout the practice.
