Culture Is The Leader's Operating System that Compounds Over Time and Scales Every Advantage
Welcome to the Founder's Leadership Operating System. Building a successful company goes beyond a great product; it hinges on fostering a strong corporate culture, ensuring alignment, and developing robust leadership skills. This system emphasizes that effective leadership components and competitive advantages are built upon a powerful organizational culture, which dictates behavior and scales everything within an organization. Most founders obsess over product, funding, and go-to-market strategy—but ignore the one thing that determines whether their company actually scales:Culture. In this episode of the Leadership 3.0 series, we break down why culture is the operating system of your company—and how it directly impacts execution, revenue growth, team alignment, and long-term competitive advantage. If your company is experiencing:• Missed revenue targets• Sales being blamed for everything• Misalignment between product, marketing, and sales• Internal politics slowing execution…then this is not a sales problem. It’s a culture and leadership system problem. What You’ll Learn in This Episode• Why culture eats strategy for breakfast• The 7 competitive advantages that build dominant companies• Why culture is the ONLY advantage that compounds over time• How poor culture destroys execution, accountability, and growth• The difference between Leadership 2.0 vs Leadership 3.0• Why everyone in the company owns the revenue numberKey Concepts Covered in the Founder’s Leadership Operating System Series• Leadership Operating System• Company Culture Strategy• Startup Scaling Framework• Revenue Alignment• Go-To-Market Execution• High Performance Teams• Organizational Accountability• North Star ThinkingWho This Is ForThis episode is built for:• Founders and CEOs• Startup and SaaS leaders (Seed to Series B and beyond)• Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success leaders• Anyone building or scaling a high-performance organizationThe Bottom LineYou can copy a product. You can copy a strategy. But you cannot copy culture. If you don’t design it intentionally, it will form accidentally—and limit your growth.Leadership 3.0 SeriesThis series teaches how to build:• Scalable leadership operating systems• Culture-driven competitive advantage• Aligned, accountable organizations• Predictable revenue growth#Leadership #CorporateCulture #BusinessSuccess

The Company Revenue Engine: Why Most Founders Get This Wrong - Here's The Framework to Get It Right
Executive Summary: Leadership 3.0 – The Operating System for Scalable, High-Performance CompaniesAt the core of Leadership 3.0 is a defining principle: culture is not a soft concept—it is the operating system that determines whether a company scales or fails. Strategy may set direction, but culture dictates execution. Organizations that intentionally design culture outperform those that allow it to form by accident.Culture: The Only Enduring Competitive AdvantageWhile companies can build advantages through product, brand, operations, or distribution, these can all be replicated. Culture cannot. It drives behavior, speed, accountability, and consistency—compounding over time into a durable edge that competitors cannot copy. Without it, even strong advantages decay. With it, even modest advantages scale.Leadership Is the Source of CultureA company’s culture is a direct reflection of its leadership. Teams adopt what leaders model—not what they say. Integrity, discipline, clarity, humility, courage, and service are not optional traits; they are the foundation of a high-performance organization. When leadership lacks alignment between words and actions, culture fractures and performance follows.Values Drive Behavior, Not Vision AloneVision defines where a company is going. Values determine how it gets there. Organizations that scale sustainably are grounded in consistently modeled values—integrity, accountability, service, courage, and humility—which create trust, eliminate politics, and enable execution at scale.Alignment Through a North StarElite companies align every function to a single North Star Metric. This eliminates silos and ensures that all teams are working toward the same outcome. Clear, simple, and measurable scorecards—reviewed consistently—translate strategy into coordinated execution across departments. One Team. One Goal. One System of AccountabilityHigh-performing organizations operate with equally weighted accountability across all departments. Revenue is not owned by Sales alone—it is the output of product, marketing, operations, customer success, and leadership working in alignment. When accountability is uneven, culture erodes. When it is shared, performance accelerates.Compensation Reinforces—or Destroys—CultureCompensation is one of the strongest signals of what an organization truly values. When aligned to both company-wide outcomes and individual performance, it drives collaboration and ownership. When misaligned, it creates silos, internal conflict, and distrust—undermining culture and results.Stop Blaming Sales—Fix the SystemMost performance failures are not people problems—they are leadership system failures. Leaders must first evaluate strategy, structure, and systems before blaming execution. Organizations that default to blame destroy trust; those that practice transparency, ownership, and radical candor build resilient, high-performing cultures.Scaling Requires Developing People—Not Replacing ThemA critical evolution in Leadership 3.0 challenges a common belief: “the people who got you here won’t get you there.” While companies evolve, this does not automatically require replacing early team members. The best organizations:• Invest in developing their people before replacing them• Evaluate role fit, not just talent• Preserve institutional knowledge and cultural strength• Treat loyalty and trust as strategic assetsPrematurely replacing early contributors damages morale, erodes trust, and weakens culture. Scaling is not about swapping people—it’s about growing them alongside the business whenever possible.

The Super Power of Discipline - Consistency is Key and THE Difference Maker
The Super Power of Discipline - Episode 2 - Consistency Is KeyEveryone wants big results: better health, stronger relationships, more financial freedom, and a life filled with purpose and meaning. But most people overlook the one principle that makes all of it possible: Consistency.Nobody likes this concept. They want a quick "hack". Our entire society is about instant gratification. So people get motivated and try to do it with will power, great intentions, and busts of activity. However, life style changes are like investing money. The power is the compounding of interest and investments - OVER TIME.And that is what consistency is. Small improvements, day after day, when no one is watching.Real transformation doesn’t come from what you do once in a while. It comes from what you do every single day, especially on the days when you don’t feel like doing it.Consistency is choosing the right action again and again. Consistency is keeping promises you make to yourself. Consistency is showing up when no one is watching. And over time, those small daily choices compound into something powerful - better habits, character, and results. In Episode 2 of this series, I dive into why consistency is the real engine of discipline — and why the people who ultimately succeed in life aren’t the most talented or the most motivated. They’re the most consistent. If you want to upgrade your life, consistency is the path.If this message resonates, share it with someone who is committed to building the habits that create a better life.#Consistency #Discipline #Leadership #SelfMastery

The Super Power of Discipline - It Changes Everything - One Day At A Time
The Super Power of Discipline - Episode 3 - This is what the 1% doMost people say they want a better life, more health, success, purpose, and freedom. But very few people are willing to build the one thing that actually creates all of it.Discipline.Discipline is not punishment or a restriction. It is POWER.Discipline is the quiet decision you make every day to honor your mission instead of your mood. It’s the moment you say:• No to distraction• No to excuses• No to “I’ll start Monday”And yes to the life you actually want.Because here’s the truth most people avoid: you can always make more money., you can never make more time. So if you don’t control your habits and your calendar… someone else will. And you’ll spend your life building their dreams instead of your own.As Mel Robbins said:“You can chase distractions or get epic amounts of work done. You can’t do both.”The real danger isn’t the big mistakes. t’s the small compromises. Skipping the gym. Leaving things unfinished. Procrastinating on decisions. Telling yourself it doesn’t matter. But it does.Because how you do one thing is how you do everything. Those small decisions compound into standards. And those standards shape your life. Here’s another truth most people don’t want to hear: Motivation is emotional fuel. Discipline is identity. Motivation fades. Discipline is who you are when no one is watching. It determines whether your life becomes:• A powerful example of what’s possibleor• A cautionary tale of wasted potentialSo here’s a question worth asking yourself tonight: Do I consider myself a disciplined person? What proof do I have? And if the answer isn’t where you want it to be… Good. Because discipline can start today. One decision. One habit. One NEW standard at a time. That’s the core idea behind my latest You 3.0 episode: “The Superpower of Discipline.”If you want to build a life of purpose, clarity, and control, it starts with mastering this one principle.Discipline.One perfect day at a time.#Discipline #Leadership #SelfMastery #PersonalGrowth

The Super Power of Discipline - Discipline Always Beats Motivation - The Science Behind Why
The Super Power of Discipline - Episode 1 - Discipline Always Wins Over Motivation - Science Explains WhyMost people say they want a better life. They want better health. Better relationships. More financial freedom. More purpose and fulfillment. But there’s one uncomfortable truth most people don’t want to face - none of those things happen without discipline. Not motivation. Not inspiration. Not another book or podcast. Discipline.Discipline is what gets you out of bed when you don’t feel like it.Discipline is what makes you go to the gym when no one is watching.Discipline is what helps you tell the truth, keep your word, and follow through on the commitments you make to yourself and others. Without discipline, goals are just wishes.Over the years I’ve learned that discipline is the foundation of every meaningful transformation — personally, professionally, and purposefully. It’s the difference between people who talk about the life they want… and the people who actually build it.That’s why I created this new video series. In this first episode, I break down why discipline is the starting point for upgrading your life — and why most people fail not because they lack intelligence or opportunity, but because they never build the habits and systems that discipline requires. If you’re serious about becoming the next version of yourself, this conversation will resonate. If you believe discipline still matters, share this with someone who is committed to becoming a better version of themselves.

You 3.0 - Stick the Retirement Landing - How Family, Faith, Fitness, Finances Fulfillment Evolve
Welcome to 'How to Stick the Retirement Landing,' the operating manual for men over 45. In this episode, we explore the evolution of personal and professional priorities across You 1.0, You 2.0, and You 3.0, focusing on the critical aspects of your life journey. This discussion highlights the changing priorities needed for a successful transition, ensuring continuous self improvement and a refined mindset. We detail how professional growth starts early and progresses as individuals build their own paths, leading to a focused You 3.0.I highly recommend that you download the free Stick the Retirement Landing Operating Manual for Men over 45 and go to page 15 to be able to watch/listen/review the table in detail. For illustrative purposes only, we cover in a table how these things often evolve over time. The table that I am highlighting is based on my own experience coaching 100+ people over multiple decades. This is only a framework to help you think about where you are in your life and what may need to change. I am going to rate the level of each of the 3Ps and 5 Fs in terms of what people usually tell me is the level of importance and focus on in their life (High, Medium, Low, Non-Existent) at that time of their life.Moving from You 2.0 to You 3.0 is a difficult transition. To jump start this process and provide some guidance along the way, here are some harsh truths that I have learned and validated with many, many other people in my life. These truths should enable you to make that transition from “work is my identity and self-esteem” to your new purpose and fulfillment driven role based on what truly matters in life – love, people, purpose, relationships, experiences and fulfillment.1) At the end of your life, you will not be saying, “I wish that I had spent more time at work”.2) While work can and should be enjoyable, fun, and fulfilling, it is still at the end of the day (or your professional life), most often, a bridge to financial freedom.3) While you may be the founder, the CEO, or an up and coming, a “high potential” executive with lots of room to grow, when your life is measured, none of that will matter. You heard me correctly. None of that will matter.4) When you retire, you will be SHOCKED at how fast you are forgotten and replaced at work. Out of the 50 or so “work relationships or situationships” that you mistook as true friendship, only about 3 or 4 people will remain in your life. And you will probably have to be the instigator of these relationships if you truly want even those to happen at all.5) What’s even more demoralizing is that this will happen with the people that you made a huge difference within their lives. a. Perhaps you saw beyond their resume, gave them a chance, and hired them. b. Or you gave them life changing promotions and money. c. Or you provided executive style coaching and invested in helping them in their personal lives. d. They may have even said things like, “You transformed my life….you saved my life….you were the first to believe in me…..I am here because of you”And still when you retire, you may never hear from them again. There were some good alternative titles for this last portion of the episode that I could have gone with: How to build a life that survives your last day at work; Why Your Identity at Work Will Destroy Your RetirementRemember That People That You Helped the Most Will Forget About You After You Retire So Fast Your Head will spin. But I always err on the side of being positive - yet realistic! This video walks you through all these concepts BEFORE you go through it, so you can prepare for and enter retirement with your eyes wide open, a clear purpose, and an exciting mission!

You 3.0 - Stick the Retirement Landing Midlife Requires an Identity Upgrade Episode 3
Midlife Requires an Identity UpgradeIn this third episode, we are going to review why men must upgrade their identity at specific points in time in their lives, but especially when they are making the transition from You 2.0 to You 3.0.For many older men, work and the breadwinner role are central to masculine identity. Yet work is now diminished dramatically or goes away entirely in retirement. What the research backs up is what many of us already know intuitively: for a huge chunk of men 45+, ego and self-worth are welded to being the provider, the expert, the one in charge. Remove or threaten that, and you see spikes in depression, anxiety, and “lost” identity.Men derive massive psychological meaning from being “the one in charge,” “the provider,” or “the expert.” When those roles change:• depression spikes• self-worth collapses• ego becomes fragile• confidence dropsWhen the Paycheck Stops, Men Lose the Scoreboard That Told Them They Were WinningMen often tie their paycheck with their identity and self-worth. When this goes away in retirement, their old identity and self-worth is immediately removed. This is why retirement requires an identity upgrade. How does this all happen? Well, it is surprisingly simple:• Men are wired to track progress• A paycheck is feedback, validation, and proof of value• Retirement removes the daily/weekly confirmation that “I’m contributing”It’s not just about income. It’s about losing a measurable way to know you still matter. As mentioned earlier, when you tie your self-esteem, personal identity, and value to an external source, you are no longer in control. When your ego tries to control an external source, which is uncontrollable, anxiety is the body’s natural response. This becomes a “hidden chain”.Men fear loss of command and perceived control (remember, you can’t control external things, events, or people). And yes, men worry about money. Combine these two, and you can see why even well-funded retirees feel:• Hyper-aware of spending• Uneasy during market dips• Reluctant to enjoy the life they “earned”• Hollow, empty, or lostRetirement Removes Old Roles, but It Is Up to You to Replace It with Something BetterThe transition from You 2.0 to You 3.0 requires a new way of thinking. Sometimes, the way you think about the problem, is the problem.• Work provided structure, relevance, and social positioning• Retirement often removes what you did without redefining who you are now• The result is an invisible identity gapMen don’t miss the job. They miss being needed, consulted, counted on, feeling valued, part of something bigger, and importantThe Deeper TruthMen are anxious because income stopped but purpose didn’t get replaced. Savings replace money, but they do not replace:• Structure• Identity• Status• Contribution• RelationshipsThis video discusses the necessity for men over 45 to upgrade their identity, particularly during the transition from You 2.0 to You 3.0. It highlights how work provides identity, structure, and social relevance, and that retirement removes daily confirmation, potentially leading to depression if not addressed. The content emphasizes focusing on internal aspects of life rather than external factors to foster self improvement and ensure retirement fulfillment, helping men navigate midlife crisis men and other life transitions for a complete change your life.

You 3.0 - Stick the Retirement Landing - You 2 0 Worked Until it Didn't- The Silent Killer of Men!
You 2 0 Worked Until it Didn't- What's This Silent Killer of Men?This video discusses the silent killer of men over 45: loneliness, often stemming from relationships where partners are drifting apart. It highlights how men can fall into a "roommate phase" in marriage, losing shared purpose and proximity. We explore relationship psychology and offer relationship advice to help men foster emotional connection and overcome this challenge. In this episode, we are going bring to light a silent killer of men, one that men don’t talk about. It is called loneliness. Why do I say that it is literally killing men 45 and older? Because loneliness is directly linked to increased risk of heart disease, stroke, dementia, depression, and premature death. What the research shows is that loneliness among adults 45+ is widespread, especially for men. Men’s social circles shrink dramatically in midlife. Many men have no close friends they regularly confide in. They rely almost exclusively on their spouse or their work role for connection. The root cause appears to be this: men are not taught how to build, maintain, or prioritize male relationships once work, marriage, and responsibility take over. From boyhood on, most men are conditioned to:• Prove value through performance• Suppress vulnerability• Handle problems alone• Tie identity to utility (think tasks, work, money), not connection.Re-read that last point again. Tying identity to utility, when utility is the job, is a huge mistake, because it ties your internal operating system (identity, self-worth, internal beliefs and dialogue) to an external source. One that you can’t control.Friendship becomes accidental, not intentional. And once the structure (work) that accidentally created friendships disappears, so do the relationships. Everything else flows from this.Strong, Successful, and Still Isolated: You Did Everything Right… So Why Does Midlife Feel Empty?Congratulations on managing your career successfully! But why do you feel like you are not winning? Why do you feel like you are missing something? Like there is a hole in your soul where happiness and fulfillment should be? Well, there are many reasons that could be driving this, but here are five that are common.1. Work Became the Primary (and Often Only) Social Container2. Marriage Replaced Brotherhood3. Male Friendship Is Built Around Doing, Not Being4. Emotional Stoicism + Shame About Needing Others5. Loss of Shared Institutions That Once Forced ConnectionPrevious generations had:• Churches• Fraternal organizations• Unions• Civic groups• Neighborhoods that stayed putModern men have:• Individualized lives• Digital substitutes• Transactional interactions• Entertainment instead of engagementWithout forced proximity + shared purpose, men drift into isolation by default. Notice the word, “forced”. Work naturally forced these relationships to happen: internal company events, industry events, customer meetings, Zoom calls, Slack, emails all drove some level of connection. Work was that “shared purpose” instead of those other institutions. Guess what happens when there is no forcing function and no shared purpose. You go it in one – isolation, loneliness, anxiety, depression, and feeling lost. What’s Really Going On?Loneliness in men is not primarily emotional. It’s structural and identity based. Men didn’t fail at friendship. They followed a system that:• Prioritized professional production (make money) over personal development, faith, and family• Rewarded independence over interdependence• Never taught them how to rebuild connection after midlife transitions

You 3.0 - Stick the Retirement Landing! The Operating Manual for Men Over 45 Episode 1
This video introduces "How to Stick the Retirement Landing, the Operating Manual for Men Over 45" by Joel Davis, highlighting that most men prepare financially but not structurally or psychologically for their retirement journey. It emphasizes the importance of comprehensive retirement planning to avoid common retirement mistakes and ensure a smooth retirement transition. The series aims to provide solutions and practical retirement advice for a fulfilling post-career life. Most men prepare financially for retirement. Almost none prepare structurally, psychologically, or identity-wise. This guide exists for one reason:To ensure that you prepare for and enter retirement with a clear purpose, exciting mission, and a daily operating system that makes these years the best of your life. The You 3.0 Lifestyle Operating System gives you the framework to live with purpose, discipline, and direction. This free companion guide, You 3.0 - Sticking the Retirement Landing – Operating Manual for Men Over 45 – complements that system during the most destabilizing transition a man will ever face: the moment the paycheck (most men’s scorecard) stops but life does not. This episode is about understanding the real midlife problem. It’s Not Burnout. It’s a System Failure. There is a dangerous myth in society: that midlife struggle is a personal weakness or emotional crisis. It isn’t. What you’re experiencing—loneliness, restlessness, anxiety, irritability, loss of confidence, or quiet dread—is the predictable outcome of a system that optimized you for professional production, not personal longevity or purpose driven retirement. This podcast series and free guide shows you how to:• Build a new scoreboard for your life• Replace passive anxiety with active mastery• Turn retirement into a mission, not an ending• Anchor your identity in who you are becomingThe Bottom Line on Men’s Struggles in RetirementMen struggle in retirement because the old system ended and nothing replaced it. This guide exists to make sure that doesn’t happen to you. Retirement isn’t the end of your contribution. It’s the moment you finally get to choose what it is going to be. And when you do this right— You don’t just retire. You stick the landing.

Not their past. Their mind. And the scary part? Most men never even question it. They’ve been running the same internal talk track for 20, 30, even 40 years…and they don’t realize that voice isn’t truth — it’s conditioning. My name is Joel Davis. Thank you for tuning into You3.0.joeldavis. In this episode, we are going to re-write your mindset in one day by blowing up the lies, limiting beliefs or negative talk tracks that are all FALSE. They are not real. They are fake.Listen, your mind has been shaped by: Your childhood. Your failures. Your boss. Your ex. Your mistakes. Your fears. Your past identity. Then one day you wake up and wonder: “Why am I stuck?” “Why can’t I change?” “Why do I keep sabotaging myself?”Here’s the answer: You’re living with beliefs that were installed by a version of you that no longer exists. In the You 3.0 Lifestyle Operating Plan, we call this Battlegrounds 1 and 2 — our internal talk track and belief system. These two things determine 90% of your actions, reactions, decisions, and direction. But the good news? You can rewrite them — in one day — once you see them.Change the course of 2026 - and perhaps - your life! One Team. One Goal. Let's do this together!

Leadership 3.0 - The Evolution That Every Leader Must Make
Leadership 3.0 The Evolution Every Leader Must Make from Level 1 to Level 2 to Level 3.In this episode, we are going to highlight how developing yourself personally will drive how you develop professionally as a leader at work. As you may have seen in our introductory overview podcast, these two development paths are practically indistinguishable. For each leadership level (1.0, 2.0, and 3.0), we will provide one key area for development in the 3 Ps - Personally; Professionally; and Purposefully.SECTION 1: Leadership 1.0 – The Performer Who Just Became a ManagerLeadership Theme: Doing → DirectingHere are the five truths of Leadership 1.0:1. Authority Comes From the Title, Not Trust: People follow because they have to.2. Leadership Equals Technical Expertise: You lead by showing people how to do the job like you did it.3. Tasks Dominate All Conversations: Checklists, status updates, deadlines — that’s the entire operating system.4. Personal Productivity Is Still the Safety Net: When things break, you jump in. You fix it.You do it faster. You’re still acting like the top individual contributor.5. Delegation Feels Threatening: Because your identity is tied to being the expert.SECTION 2: Leadership 2.0 – The Manager Who Learns the BusinessLeadership Theme: Directing → Driving ResultsThis is where most leaders plateau because they keep managing like they’re still in Leadership 1.0. But the transition to 2.0 is where you learn to run the business. Here are the five truths of Leadership 2.0:1. They Shift From Functional Expertise to Business Expertise: They understand revenue, margins, process bottlenecks, revenue and customer capacity, and systems.2. They Lead Through People, Not Around Them: Influence becomes more important than authority.3. They Own Performance and Results: Their scoreboard becomes the team’s scoreboard.4. They Begin to Build and Protect Culture: They realize culture drives execution.5. They Either Rise… or RegressThey either elevate into true leadership —or fall back into micromanagement.SECTION 3: Leadership 3.0 – The Leader of Leaders Who Builds CultureLeadership Theme: Driving Results → Developing LeadersThis is the highest level of leadership: The level where you stop managing and truly transform the company through your own personal transformation and your transformation of the teams that you are responsible for. Your leadership, how you run the groups, becomes visible across the company because of the high performance and high morale they have. Here are the five principles of Leadership 3.0:1. Culture Becomes Their Operating System: Strategy, structure, systems, processes, programs — all aligned with people and values.2. They Develop Leaders, Not Just Manage Employees: Their success is measured by the leaders they produce.3. They Lead With Vision, Long-Term Thinking, and Alignment: They protect the future, not just chase the present.4. They Remove Complexity and Create Organizational Clarity: Everyone knows the mission, the rules, the expectations, the standards.5. They Lead With Character, Humility, and Transparency: This is where influence becomes legacy. Visit https://www.youtube.com/@you3.0.joeldavis

Why Most Diets Fail: This Model Actually Works - You 3.0 Nutrition and Fitness Program
Why Most Diets Fail|, This Model Actually Works - You 3.0 Nutrition and Fitness Lifestyle Transformation ProgramAbout 13 years ago, I decided to become a certified personal trainer, nutrition specialist, SPIN instructor, in addition to being a life-long athlete who loved sports and basically anything outdoors. I focused on training men and women over 40 years old, because no one else at our gym was doing that. I understand the unique perspectives, needs, and mindset of these older adults. This holistic plan that I am sharing came from dozens of books on health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, hydration, sleep, elite athletes, Navy SEALs, scientifically backed diets, tools like intermittent fasting, Navy SEAL experience camps, Spartan races, national certifications as well as dozens of older clients that transformed their bodies based on this system. While all those individual books, programs, interviews, clients, events, and plans were great, the challenge that I saw was threefold:1) How can I tie all this together into something that anyone can act on tomorrow?2) How can I create a system that anyone can implement consistently day after day?”3) How can I create a program for people over 45 to ensure their bodies are optimized for an active retirement, full of life, energy, and passion for adventure. This plan is the answer to those challenges. If you’re ready to take back your health, energy, excitement, passion and your confidence, check out this 20-minute video which covers the highlights of this 40+ page plan. You are one decision away from a totally new, better, and healthier life! You 3.0 body is waiting. Your Space is Sabotaging You - Change the Direction of Your Life TodayIf you want to change your life in one day, you don’t start with grandiose goals with outcomes far out into the future. You need to start with small steps that you can successfully complete every single day. Create momentum. One day at a time.As Admiral William H. McRaven said at the 2014 University of Texas Commencement: “If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.” “If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another.”If you want a new identity in 2026, if you are trying to do become someone that you have never been, you must do things that you have never done. One of the areas that is often over-looked is your physical environment, your living spaces.Your space reveals your standards. What does it reveal about you today?Your environment is shaping your habits, your identity, and your decisions every single day — whether you realize it or not. You must build an environment that reflects the person you are becoming — not the person you’ve been.Environment influences behavior. Behavior shape’s identity. Identity determines destiny.
