Sarah comes to Creator Day for the first time and Ella presented at the first Creator Day in 2022. Let's start getting in the groove for what is around the corner.

Rosie and Liam both have time on the stage for Creator Day and come from two community perspectives. Liam as someone who is very much part of the YATM family and Rosie who dedicates her time, thought and effort to community as a practice.

Sophie and Emma are attending their first Creator Day. However, that comes with new people to meet, conversations with old friends and time away from the daily work commitments and to enjoy the whole occasion.

Janine and Trisha have been a part of YATM for many years. They first met when we had the YATM Conference in 2019. Over the years they have seen the whole space progress, but it's always been about being our true selves when it comes to live events.

Jo and Ben are taking leadership roles at Creator Day, but that doesn't mean that they have been a part of the wider community for a huge amount of time. This show is around why we sometimes need to step up and say 'I am in.'

We welcome Westrow and Tim to the Creator Day podcast. We look at joining in and the moment when someone says, 'I heard you on the podcast!'

Let's welcome Shelley and Suzanne. Creator Day represents getting comfortable with doing something that is new. For Suzanne, it's heading to Poole for the very first time. For Shelley, it is presenting on the stage to an audience in the theatre. Memorable days await.

Amy lives on the Isle Of Wight and Molly lives in South London. Heading to Creator Day for the first time, helps when there is familiarity with others and friends in the same space.

Heading to an event for the first time feels slightly more comfortable when the setting is familiar. Carly is heading down from London for Creator Day, but Poole, was where Carly grew up. Alix is very much a part of YATM and here to settle any nerves about coming to the theatre for the first time.

When it comes to leaders within the community, here is Catherine and Jon. Catherine hosts the YATM events in Bristol and Bath and Jon is bravely taking to the front of the stage for Failed Nights, the evening before Creator Day. We chat about the importance of having that space for people to join in with.

Catherine and Lucy are part of the YATM community and recognise the importance of feeling a part of an active space. It just helps everything feel settled, when heading to an event for the first time can feel quite daunting. It feels easier when you say, 'I feel a part of this.'

Haroon and Ryan both come from creative backgrounds. Creator Day is in a theatre, so that link between creativity and our business endeavours is a lot closer than we think.

The YATM Creator Lab has group cohorts in Bournemouth and Poole college. The age range for the Poole team is 16 to 19. It's a big step heading to your first 'work event.' The team share their perspective and why we need to push ourselves out of our comfort zones.

Stewart helps to explain to Anna why joining in and feeling at ease helps to make the whole occasions we commit to, worth every decision made. Anna is part of the YATM community and comes to Creator Day for the first time in April.

Mel lives in Northamptonshire and Christophe lives a little nearer to Poole and in north Dorset. Heading to Creator Day means that it has to be welcoming for the commitment made. Christophe has been a part of YATM for many years and a loved person from the family and shares what it means to be feel settled in a new space.

It's always a big ask to put priorities and work to the side and go to an event. It's an even bigger ask to travel from home and head to another town that involves the car or train. Ange and Dan share their side and why they are heading to their first Creator Day.

Sarah and Matt are both key people from within the YATM community, but they also appreciate that for many people this is their first time into the main event space and can feel quite a bit step. This is about helping to put your mind at ease as for Sarah and Matt there was a time when all this felt new to them.

Fab is one of the presenters at Creator Day. In this show, it gives the chance for Fab to share a bit more about the role Alt Marketing School has. More importantly, when you are building a space for others, it's not always about when you can add on, it's about what you can refine and make better with what you already have. As Fab says, 'How can you fine-tune your strategy to ensure it aligns with the core of who you are and resonates with your unique strengths?'

The YATM Creator Lab from Bournemouth & Poole College share their perspective of why young adults tend to not join in when it comes to larger events. What works is to encourage people to feel a part of something, rather than just being a face in a crowd.

The reason people are asked to participate is just by joining in. Ben is presenting at Creator Day 24 and John is very much a part of the YATM family (John took to the stage in 2023). In this show, lets look at what it takes to be asked. The moment is out there for all, it's just a case of feeling a part of the spaces you feel comfortable in.

We have an event the evening before Creator Day that is all about exercising the honesty muscle. It's called Failed Nights and Jackie and Christine are two of the presenters to share their stories when life doesn't always go according to plan.

We welcome Imogen Jones and Lois Cliff to share what they do, what brings them to Creator Day and the importance to feel comfortable and that moment when you say to yourself, 'I'm ready and feel at home!.'

If you side more to an introverted nature and being around lots of people can make you feel slightly uncomfortable, there are way to approach.
