Taha Slime from the Strong and athletic website, an Olympic weightlifter, a high-performance sports coach and strength and conditioning coach reveals all his methods and principles he learned and used in Europe to train and prepare athletes for competition so you can become a better athlete and win the competition in your sport.His primary mission is to help reinstate Canada's reputation as an international contender in Olympic weightlifting and track and field and also spread in North America the principles and methods used by eastern bloc coaches to develop elite athletes in different sports.Taha has been coaching and assisting athletes from the early age of 14 and competed competitively in Olympic Weightlifting, track and field and other sports in Europe. He recently just founded an Olympic weightlifting and track and field club and He is now dedicated to helping athletes increase their performance at his new home in Montreal.
