Today I'm talking about the impact of menopause on me personally and how it then affects business and life. I'd listened to Davina McCall on Steven Bartlett's podcast and I was impressed by the bravery and the courage that she gave in sharing what menopause had done for her as an upbeat public facing woman. So I was inspired to share some experiences from my world and the steps I've taken to improve circumstances for myself. What You’ll Learn:How to recognise if you are entering menopause and find the right support to go through that periodHow to empower your close friends and family to communicate with you if they see or experience anything from you that's a bit out of the normThe benefits of being open about what is happening to you when you are menopausing75% of women who go through menopause are badly affected by it. If you're a woman, you may need to go and get yourself checked or investigate it. If you are a man, you're going to know someone in your life who's going through it. I want us all to have much happier, easier rides in our life. And the more people who are bringing our attention to something that affects so many people, the better. Resources:Sign up for my FREE Masterclass 'How to be Positively Influential' on February 1st https://annaparkernaples.co.uk/how-to-become-positively-influential-masterclass-optin/Davina McCall on the Steven Bartlett's podcast, the diary of a CEO; Davina McCall on the Steven Bartlett’s Podcast The Diary Of A CEO https://apple.co/3WLSB7U Menopausing, a book by Davina McCall https://amzn.to/3jjmBdt Newson Health Menopause & Wellbeing Centre https://www.newsonhealth.co.uk/ Join our FREE Positively Influential Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/positivelyinfluentialInfluential Audio www.influentialaudio.comFind Influential Audio on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/influentialaudio_/My website https://www.annaparkernaples.co.ukFind me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/annaparkernaples/Find me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AnnaParkerNaplesCoach
