020: Tarot Tuesday with Kerri Snook and the Radiant Crystal Cards

from Holistic Interior Design Podcast

In this first Tarot Tuesday episode, I welcome interior designer and deck creator Kerri Snook of BouchetteDesign. Every first Tuesday of the month, I gather with my Patreon group and invite a Tarot or Oracle deck creator to join us. We spend some time learning about the artist, their work, and their process. This week, we talked to Kerri about her second deck, the Radiant Crystal Cards, and I pulled a card for everyone in the group so we could get a firsthand experience of working with the deck.Featured in this episodeFeatured candle: Beeswax candle from Mithras CandleFeatured brew: Nova Kombucha - Peach Passion FruitFeatured Tarot deck: The Radiant Crystal CardsEpisode Highlights05:16 - What home is for Kerri07:57 - Kerri’s inspiration for working with crystals09:00 - An overview of what’s included on the cards and the various elements Kerri incorporates12:41 - Some of the rare crystals Kerri included in the deck and why it’s good to include rare crystals in the deck14:42 - How Kerri created the imagery for the cards16:05 - How the crystal cards and other decks can work together20:33 - What rituals Kerri in working with in her life now22:00 - How Kerri incorporates her spiritual practices into her work as an interior designer29:27 - Kerri takes questions from the Patreon group and shares her favorite crystal to work with: Lepidolite40:02 - Card pulls for Patreon members, Rachel, and Kerri01:01:01 - Card pull for the group and all listeners01:02:13 - What Kerri has coming up, including a second edition of The Meraki TarotConnect with KerriBouchetteDesign WebsiteInstagramAre you looking for advice on the design of your space? The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
