This week we spotlight the excellent comic DASS by John Jamtli. DASS follows the indomitable Petter Dass, real life Lutheran clergyman and foremost Norwegian poet of his generation. However, in this comic he is also a wizard battling against witches, demons and trolls, all set in the beautiful Nordic countryside! So basically Petter Dass is a frikkin bad ass. The comic comes in iOS app form and will make future issues available through in-app purchases. The app is well made, easy to use and navigate presenting the comic nicely. We had lots of fun learning about some Norwegian history and mythology while reading this comic and just can’t recommend it enough.
