In this episode, I'm joined by Johanna Griggs, a beloved Australian television personality and sports icon who has graced our screens for over two decades. Johanna's infectious passion, professionalism and magnetic personality shine through in this conversation, leaving you with a deeper understanding of why prioritizing health, and maintaining a strong work ethic, self-belief, and mental game leads to long-term success. Johanna is perhaps best known for her role as the host of Better Homes and Gardens, which remains one of Australia's most popular lifestyle programs. Her extensive career at Seven Network has seen her host a wide range of popular programs, including Seven’s Summer of Tennis, Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival, Seven Weekend News, to name a few. Johanna has hosted eight Olympic and four Paralympic games. Before her successful television career, she represented Australia in swimming, winning bronze at the Commonwealth Games in 1990 and silver at the 1991 World Championships. In 2020, Joh was awarded an AM in the Australia Day honours for her remarkable contributions to Community Health, Television, and Sport. Since 2014, she has served as a Board Member of Beyond Blue and has worked closely with the Humpty Dumpty Foundation and the McGrath Foundation.
