Omdat het volgens hem een vorm van ‘pure architectuur’ is. “Een stoel is één van de moeilijkste dingen, maar daarom ook het mooiste product om te tekenen.” Voor Satelliet ontwierp hij de Circl: een ogenschijnlijk eenvoudig ontwerp, maar laat schijn je niet bedriegen. Maico Pheninckx is Creative Consultant bij Satelliet. Hij is de contactpersoon voor interieurprofessionals bij Satelliet. Satelliet Originals is een merk van Satelliet hospitality furniture en is ontstaan vanuit de behoefte om een Europees meubelmerk met eigenheid te creëren. Het merk staat voor kracht, diversiteit, eigenheid en lef met een touch of hospitality. Met de Originals collectie wil Satelliet een bijdrage leveren aan onderscheidende hospitality interieurs.
