Laufen ist für viele ein Hobby, für ihn ist es das Leben: Topläufer Raphael Josef ist in der Schweizer Laufszene gut bekannt! Wie gross seine Leidenschaft ist, teilt er in dieser sehr persönlichen Folge mit unseren Coaches Corina und Patrick. Wir erfahren, wie es ist, in weniger als einem Jahr über 2000 Kilometer zu laufen und auch, wie man so sehr für einen Sport brennen kann, dass man zum Beispiel nach einem Flughafenlauf noch direkt weiter zum Auffahrtslauf fährt, weil... nun ja. Laufen! Wir bekommen sehr persönliche, emotionale und freudige Einblicke in die Welt des Marathon- und Ultralaufes, immer begleitet von Raphaels unverwechselbarem Ostschweizer Charme!Viel Spass beim Zuhören!
