121. Developing Self-Esteem and Emotional Intelligence with Orrin Lieuwen

from Self Love Ignited with Katie Allen · host Katie Allen

Let's talk reworking your programming, developing self-esteem, and discovering emotional intelligence. Sometimes a lack of self love stems from a traumatic event, and sometimes it's from a multitude of small conversations, life lessons, and circumstances. But that doesn't mean you're powerless against it. Today's guest Orrin Lieuwen shares his story of overcoming low self-esteem and low self-worth, of learning about and developing emotional intelligence, and of choosing to do the hard things. _____ Orrin helps frustrated and overwhelmed entrepreneurs understand how they create their beliefs and emotions, so that they can change them in order to fuel high performance behaviour and massively increase their results. Coming from a background of social anxiety, low self esteem, lots of internal resistance, and almost no self-awareness, he now experiences life as a confident, purpose-driven entrepreneur who loves bringing others into the internal freedom and resourcefulness that he has experienced. His expertise is in Personal Development, Faith and Work, Neuro-linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence. _____ Connect with Orrin: 👉 Webinar: https://www.lionheartleadership.ca/webinar/ 👉 Linktree: https://linktr.ee/OrrinL _____ Connect with Katie: 💗 Website: https://www.katieallen.co 💗 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/katieallencoaching 💗 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/katieallencoaching
