We just celebrated Valentines Day, and while it can be fun, we often hear about the pain and hurt that is caused by unmet expectations or loneliness.   Long ago I learned that the best way for me to find love on Valentines day was to GIVE it.  And then in so many ways it opened up the floodgates for me to receive.  But did you know that the Lord actually asks us to have a broken heart? I wanted to know why and what that meant! This episode is a little longer SORRY!  There were just so many great words I needed to share!  Come along with me as I dive into what the Lord has said in the scriptures about the HEART.   If anyone wants a list of all of the scriptures I used just email me and I will get them to you!  I want to start giving credit for the beautiful music I use on my podcasts.  This song is called Sentimental Piano by PaulYudin on PIxaby.com look him up!

I Must Be BUG'N Sheldon Gay Does the world seem like it's dragging along at a different pace? Do you constantly feel like you're the only one who notices "the emperor has no clothes"? Were you constantly teased or shamed for not conforming to what's "normal"? Do you wish you had accommodations for your needs that others readily received? If that sounds all too familiar, you might be BUGN (Black Underrepresented/Unidentified Gifted and otherwise Neurodivergent). This is a podcast primarily for Black gifted and otherwise neurodivergent people to learn about and discuss our unique experiences. I'm also here to create a safe and empowering space for all neurodivergent people, especially those who may not officially be identified and those from underrepresented communities. My goal is to move neurodivergence from deficiency to difference and to create a space where labels don't have to feel like pathology. Hosted on Acast. These lessons for life are the path that G-d Himself gifted to all Gentiles. This is known as the Noahide Code. We encourage observance of the Seven Commandments because this is the true foundation for societies that will be blessed as righteous and just in the eyes of G-d.We welcome the modern-day religious tolerance and cultural diversity that enables us to help you (whoever you are and wherever you may be) to learn about the Noahide path that stretches from our forefather Noah until our time and beyond. By learning and observing these Seven Commandments – which were renewed and made eternal by G-d in the Torah of Moses – you will make a true personal connection with G-d and His unbounded goodness. Our goal is th HORSING AROUND WITH NUEL. Emmanuel Odunfa The world is a big stable and we were gifted horses that bear the same name called “Life”. Catering for Life is a full time job, but she went ahead to give birth to a foal called “Adulthood” (bruhh!). Now imagine taking care of Life while coping with Adulthood!(you see where I’m going?). This is why this safe space has been created. Here we learn everything and nothing (to be honest with you, sometimes it’s just vibes) about living through the stories and experiences we’ve had and might have. This is Horsing Around With Nuel#HAWN;I’m Nuel, my horse is tired of riding alone, let’s ride together
