from The Profit PodQuest · host The Profit PodQuest

Nayeli Pereznegrón, a mother of three from Mexico who transformed her pain into a source of love and compassion for others. Nayeli is the president of Luchando Por Ángeles Pequeños, a foundation that helps kids with cancer in Mexico, a women's institute advisor in the Mexican government, an author, and a speaker. Nayeli had to take care of her sick son who was in the hospital for almost two years, and this experience led her to see a world of suffering and change her way of thinking and acting. Her son eventually passed away, and Nayeli decided to close her business and help other families and children. Through her foundation, Nayeli wrote two books as a way to document her experience and provide therapy. In this episode, Nayeli shares valuable insights into how to deal with grief and suffering, including the importance of asking for help, surrounding yourself with important people, and finding a mentor to guide you. She also talks about how painful experiences can lead to the discovery of new superpowers, and how vulnerability is what makes us human. Nayeli's experiences have taught her that the most important thing is to keep learning and growing. She encourages people to embrace learning and not be afraid to change careers if they are not fulfilled. Join us to hear Nayeli's inspiring story of transformation, hope, and resilience.
