149: The one mindset approach that got me through 2022

Recognising that sometimes, those big moments of resistance and struggle that we go through in entrepreneurship and why sometimes, the best thing that we can do with those experiences is lean into them. I've experienced this recently too - we spent Christmas in hospital with my 22 month-old son and it was such a difficult time. And while I wanted to avoid it and push my feelings away, I've since realised after doing some work to pricess what happened that I need to lean into situations like that and expand into them.
