This can be done on the floor, a yoga mat, mattress, or bed. You’ll need something comfortable to wear, a Mexican blanket or pillow for your head, an eye pillow, and optionally a pillow or blanket for under your knees. Find a quiet place and enjoy your practice ! Every Wednesday, I teach Yoga Nidra at 1:15-1:50PM at Shanti Yoga Shala in New Orleans.
