Tip 2: Find Ways to Connect over Shared Interests or Hobbies The importance of shared activities.  Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Personal examples of connecting through shared interests, emphasizing the power of these experiences.  We connect through what we are doing here with Love How Deep. Tip 3: Practice Gratitude The biblical perspective on gratitude.  "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." 1 Thessalonians 5:18 Brian thanks Heather for making dinner or Heather thanking Brian for taking out the garbage.  We don't treat each other like we are beyond thanking each other. Tip 4: Celebrate Small Moments and Milestones There is significance in celebrating small moments.  "Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate." Discuss Mark 10:9. Marking milestones with moments.  Take photos, praying together, involving others with a party.  Heather did this many years ago when she finished her last chemo treatment, with a Chemo is history party.  Segment 4: Encouragement Remember the Tips!
