Have you ever had a coach? Maybe as a kid playing soccer, or for your high swim team.. perhaps you’ve had one as an adult for your business. Just someone who has personal experience and knowledge on a specific subject who can help you get to where you want to go faster, and with less frustration. In my interview with Meredith, she shares what her experience has been like since hiring a fitness coach and just how much she has improved in her fitness journey because of the accountability and support and expertise her coach has provided her. Meredith is a Mom, proud wife and obstacle   course athlete. After going through a tough post partum journey and feeling   lost on where to get started, Meredith’s original   goal of losing her baby weight evolved into so much more than she could have   ever imagined…an avid love for fitness, racing   competitively, becoming the ambassador for LIVE Training Center, and a   starting a Nutrition + Lifestyle coaching business. Meredith   is dedicated to helping women achieve the life and health they’ve always   dreamed of. Through her science backed tools and latest   research on behavior change she provides the tools, accountability and roadmap for anyone to be successful. Meredith whole heartedly believes the key to happiness is   creating a life that is in line with your goals andvalues and giving yourself grace every step of the way.
