  2. 122

    119. Humble Beginnings with Doaky Coffee

I met Bobbi a few years ago at a pop-up shop with her coffee truck and as a typical non-coffee drinker, Doaky cold brew quickly became a regular stop for their half gallon. I am really excited to bring her on the podcast and hear about how it all started. What looks like an overnight success to the outsiders was actually alot of heart, grit, doubt, and support.

  3. 121

    118. Parent Hack - The Quality of Your Marriage Impacts Confident Kids

The most important gift you can give your child is to love your spouse. I'd even go as far to say that loving your spouse is more important than loving your kids. I explain why in this episode and how the quality of your marriage impacts your child's confidence. Plus, I give you two super specific and tangible ways to ensure your marriage stays a priority.

  4. 120

    117. "This Too Shall Pass"

The 4 simplest words to live in with each season. The good, the hard, the waiting. I give you 3 tangible takeaways to ensure you live everyday with perspective.

  5. 119

    116. Live Like Erika

It's undeniable the strength and courage Erika Kirk had at yesterdays memorial. From forgiveness to accepting the challenge she laid out for women, let us not allow the mundane tasks of our days allow us to grow numb and weary but to live to be the virtuous women she, and Jesus, are calling us to be.

  6. 118

    115. Live Like Charlie

It wasn't how he debated with college students or how he built a company from his parents garage into multi-million dollars (all of which I will also admired), but the way he talked about and treated his wife. The way he spoke about family. And of course, his unwavering belief in who Jesus was. I will never be able to articulate like Charlie, but I can be sure to live each day more like Charlie did.

  7. 117

    114. Parent Hack 2 - The Pivotal Years

The pivotal years - ages 10-14, are crucial years when it comes to developing confidence, leadership skills, and overall a healthy mindset. I first start off talking about a tradition we started in our family that has served us well when it comes to making an impact in those years. I then bring in a little bit of science to help us understand why it is that these years are a great opportunity to instill confidence, leadership, and mental health.

  8. 116

    113. Parent Hack 1 - Firm Foundation Created by Affirmations

When the idea came up to create a few episodes around "parenting advice", that little, not so quiet voice inside my head said "who do you think you are to give parenting advice?" But for reasons only God knows, I hit record and shared the first parent hack we've found to be the most instrumental in creating kids to carry themselves with confidence to tackle whatever may come in their day. Is it foolproof? No. Does it solve all parental problems? No. Does it make us the best parents in the world? Arguably, possible (jk!) But I do think this episode will help you find ways to implement something similar in your home, whether you have a preK kiddo or a high schooler.

  9. 115

    112. Identity: Who Are You Without It?

In today's episode, I touch on a topic that is crucial to your mental health. If that thing you are pouring your heart and soul into - whether it's your family, your work, your passion project - were to be stripped away from you tomorrow, who would you be? I answer this question and dive into the importance of remaining rooted deep in your core, who you are.

  10. 114

    111. The ONLY Tool Mom's Need for Productivity

I get overwhelmed when all these fancy people talk about all the tips and tricks and tools they use to be "more productive". So here I am, sharing the ONE and only tool I use to ensure I hit my goals in the timeframe I set out. It takes less than 5 minutes and you'll be sure to check off the most important tasks on your to-do list without the overwhelm.

    83. [Interview] Meeting God in Sobriety with Terra

This isn't your typical "Moms Passion Project" but I couldn't NOT bring Terra on the podcast to share her story. I loved following Terra along her journey when she and her family took to full time RV Traveling for not one, but two years. Although this story isn't about that (maybe she should come back on to share those stories!) but to be a witness, as if I had a front row seat, to see her transformation via social media was pretty powerful. Seeing the highlight reel of her story unfold on social media, I had so many questions. I'm grateful she agreed to get on the podcast to answer them as real and honest as possible. She doesn't shy away from the bad and the ugly. It's definitely a story you don't want to miss. Follow Terra on IG: https://www.instagram.com/weisslifejourney/

    82. The BEST thing you can do for your kids

I've shared this stuff before in different ways on different social media channels and I ALWAYS get really great feedback so I thought it deserved a permanent place on the web. There's a lot of things I wish I would have stuck with - like never eating oreos again or reading a book every month, and nothing really ever stuck - but this one did and it's probably better than any other "habit" I could have created. Tune in and take notes cuz you'll want to implement something like it for your kiddos. Trust me.

  40. 84

    81. Wouldn't it be cool if..

Over the years, I've learned this same concept in different ways from a variety of mentors. The strategy is to determine was is that ONE main goal that if you accomplished it, you would also be checking off one, two, five, ten other goals in the process. So, how do you do that? In this episode I go into helping you figure out exactly what your domino goal is.

  44. 80

    77. [Interview] A photographer's story of true passion with Chaz

A beautiful story of stepping fully in to your passion despite the fears and self-doubt. Chaz and I met a few years ago as PTSO moms for our kids' school. I knew from the get-go that she was a special person. I've had a front row seat to seeing her passion for capturing moments in time start as just a side hobby and blow up into a full-on business. It's been an honor to witness, and I feel even more blessed to have her as a guest to share her story.

  45. 79

    76. How to get started - 3 practical tips

Often times what holds us back is not knowing how to start, and then "it" - that thing you've always wanted to do, gets put on the back burner and never flourishes. Not only is this bad for you, but it's bad for THEM! The people you were meant to reach, to serve, to bring your skills and talents to. I give you a hint to the "next" thing towards the end so if you have experience with it or know someone.. help a mom out!

  48. 76

    73. Half Way To The Goal - a personal story

A personal story in real time about what it's like - physically, mentally, emotionally - to be at the "half way" point of achieving a specific goal.
