Joy comes from the Lord.  Phillipians 4:4 states to "rejoice in the Lord always." That is a command! If you struggle to feel joy in life, your family senses that. Nehemiah 8:10 says  "The joy of the Lord is our strength!" His strength gives us the power to do the things has called us to Make it intentional to find joy in the lord.
