25: Creating a positive atmosphere for the SDR Team- Brandon Mahoney

We often discuss best practices/skills for the #SDRs to become successful. It includes but is not limited to the Latest email templates, cold call pitches, dos and donts, and whatnot. One of the key aspects of a successful SDR team is a healthy environment in which they can thrive and learn. We aren’t just talking about the new SDRs but also the existing ones.
