28 – Top 5 Movies of 2017

from Ranked: Top 5 Lists of Stuff That Don't Matter · host Tuong

Can you believe this year will be the 90th Academy Awards show? NINETY! Over most of this time, The Awards have been a pretty boring celebration between (generally) rich, white, powerful people giving themselves a pat on the back and snubbing more deserving individuals/films. However, this year in particular we saw the entire landscape of Hollywood shift from more representation, to calling out shitty people in the industry, to an influx of some really great Indie movies. Suffice to say things are looking to be changing and it's never been a better time to be a movie fan! Join Tuong La and Movie Bingers Leslie Cserepy, Taylor Fleming, and Sarah Finn as we celebrate and rank our favorite movies of 2017. The post 28 – Top 5 Movies of 2017 appeared first on PodCavern.
