#3 Hlaup 1/3 - Arnar Sigurðsson

from The Snorri Björns Podcast Show · host Snorri Björns

Ég hitti Arnar í hádegismat fyrir nokkrum vikum og hann sagði mér söguna af því þegar hann hljóp maraþon undir þremur klukkutímum, sama ár og hann tók 200kg í réttstöðulyftu. Sagan af þessu afreki hreyfði mikið við mér og kveikti undir miklum hlaupaáhuga hjá mér. Svo miklum að ég ákvað að búa til þrjá sérstaka hlaupaþætti á podcastinu. Arnar er toppmaður, lögfræðimenntaður með konu og börn og eitt stykki járnhaus sem hann notar til að takast á við áskoranir sem mig hryllir við að hugsa um. Þó stefnan sé ekki að hlaupa í sumar eða í þessu lífi þá veistu alveg að þú getur bætt þig á ýmsum vígvöllum lífsins og dæmisögurnar hans Arnars eru kjörið spark í rassinn.
