Together we explore what yoga really is, and how yoga influences both the body, the brain, and the nervous system. We talk about how different styles of yoga can support states like stress, anxiety, or fatigue. Additionally, we cover the why breath plays such an important role, and we debunk some of the biggest myths about yoga. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
