303. Negotiating: What Matters to Them?

Do you choose what works for others, or do you know you have the power to negotiate and choose what works for you? Most people look at negotiating as trying to get a result. What if it was simply the willingness for people to perceive what people have made matter, including the time structures they function from, and using that as leverage to create a different possibility? If you do your research and you know what matters, what else is possible?
