#31 - Arnar Péturs

from The Snorri Björns Podcast Show · host Snorri Björns

Arnar Pétursson lenti á Íslandi eftir mánaðardvöl og keyrði rakleiðis í stúdíóið til að svara stóru spurningum lífsins: Hvað hvetur mann áfram, hvernig hann horfir á markmið og markmiðasetningu, hvernig skal bregðast við mótlæti og lexíurnar sem hægt er að draga úr afreksíþróttum og heimfæra á daglegt líf.  Arnar á risastóran þátt í hlaupabakteríunni sem ég smitaðist af síðasta sumar en hann tók á sig að búa til fyrir mig hlaupaprógröm fyrir tvö maraþon og það var í því ferli sem ég áttaði mig á öllu því sem hann var að segja í fyrsta podcastinu okkar saman, svo hér mættumst við aftur, ég með ögn betri skilning á því um hvað hlaup snúast og Arnar með einhvernveginn með betri sýn á lífið en allir aðrir sem ég þekki.   Ef þú ert hlaupari þá fagnaru þessum þætti enda Arnar bæði fróður um hlaup og góður að koma upplýsingum frá sér en ef þú hefur ekki ennþá áttað þig á fegurðinni í því að hlaupa hratt og lengi þá ættiru að geta heimfært flest allar pælingar sem hér koma fram yfir á það sem þú ert að gera í lífinu.
