Stay tuned to get fuelled up! *** About guest: Riikka Räsänen works as a team coach at Karelia University of Applied Sciences' Business Academy (Y-akatemia), where the goal is to guide university students in creating their own businesses, working in multidisciplinary teams, learning through innovative projects, and networking domestically and internationally with different business academy teams. She is a chill badass with strict rules on her work-life balance and speaks up her own mind when needed. As a goal and result-oriented person, she has finished 2 Bachelor’s and 1 Master’s degrees. Even while working as a lecturer she still sees herself as a student because she loves learning. Even though she is strict about her playbook philosophy - she emphasized having an understanding and adaptable mindset. Riikka tries to have a holiday about every 3 months and aims to travel to a new place at least once a year. About hosts: Andrei is a 24-year-old first-time startupper and student at Business Academy in Joensuu. He is currently working on Yoosh, a mobile app that aims to help students manage their studies without hassle. Andrei is passionate about product design and wants to learn how to turn ideas into meaningful products. He is also interested in sports, technologies, public speaking, student entrepreneurship, and business in general.
